The food here is incredible. Best sushi in Nj and now the new owners have amazing Japanese paintings. I gave 4 starts because I feel like the tables and chairs don't vibe with the Japanese theme. The service was great.
Had such a great experience at Wasabi Kaizen – Sushi/Ramen House! We started with the teriyaki chicken wings, which were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. For our mains, we tried two different build-your-own ramen bowls—loved being able to customize them exactly how we wanted, and both turned out delicious.
Dessert was just as memorable: the fried ice cream was warm and crispy on the outside, cold and creamy inside, and the mochi ice...

Compliments to the chef!!! We had the greatest bao, sushi, and ramen we’ve ever ate. The scallops were delicious, and the mochi was flavorful… every dish was 10/10. Thank you to the chef and our wonderful waitress!
