Applebee's Grill + Bar

Darnell is one of the BEST servers I have ever had. I used to be a server/ bartender so I understand how difficult the job is. He really handles all of it so well and does not make any of his customers feel like they are forgotten, even when he is SWAMPED. It was some of the best service we could have received. Hes also extremely personable and was just a pleasure to have as our server. I would definitely recommend coming here especially with him as our server!

Food was not what we expected. We ask.Salad to small . My daughter meat was not what she asked . My burger was ok .not great . I hope it was just a bad lock day for us .

Lovely staff, the best Applebees in the region. Friday nights are crowded for sporting events, but the quality never has faltered when I have been here.

Very inconsistent. My kids love going here for the wanton tacos. That’s THE ONLY REASON WHY I REVISITED. Ordered apps and entrees at the same time. They all pretty much came out at the same time, except for my entree that sat on the line till I finished my French onion that was served to me in a Mac and cheese dish. My kids finished their app to move on to their heir now cold entree. So when the Chicken Alfredo Entree came out, it was bone dry. Like it sat on the line for 20 minutes and there wasn’t one drop of sauce to be found. It looked very unappealing and I was not about to eat that and try to make the best of it. I shouldn’t have to, especially after working all day just wanting to eat some food. So I just sent it back b and let my kids finish up and left. The manager visited at the beginning of our Dining experience before we even got a chance to touch our food. Never revisited after I sent back my entry. She did however make it over by the door on our way out to say good night. I won’t be back. The server didn’t seem to care too much until it came time to drop the check.

One sure was to stop folks from going out to eat is for establishments to make you feel like they don’t care about your patronage.

We had an amazing dining experience at Applebee's Grill + Bar, thanks to our server, Genius! This young guy was absolutely incredible—he memorized our entire order without jotting down a single note, and everything came out perfectly. No mistakes at all! The food was exactly as we love it at Applebee's, and the service was fast and friendly. It really made our visit extra special. Highly recommend visiting this location if you want great food and impeccable service!
