Delicious desserts! I bought three different che desserts all for myself. The person who took my order also made my order. She was fast and very nice. She made sure there was no ice, since I had a very long drive home. As a viet, I thought the che was authentic and not too sweet. They are filling so save space for it!

rude staff, lights all off, no air conditioning

I really love boba and this place is very good. But today when I got my boba, I asked for a small lychee milk tea with egg pudding and lychee JELLY. She only gave a 2 blocks of egg pudding and gave me lychee boba. I was like “okay it’s not a big deal” until I got to the bottom of my boba, it was all grainy and it tasted like sand. I was really disappointed.

Poor customer service, I asked for a drink that I thought was on the menu and, instead of correcting me and asking what I meant, she put in a different drink i despised the most. Told me that what I ordered isnt a real item until AFTER we got the despised drink. I couldn't even get a refund or exchange.

This place is okay. I ordered and super hard boba and the milk tea was very sweet and weird tasting. I had a stomach ache after! Insane prices for such a small bottle. Definitely going to Kung Fu Tea.

Ordered a chai tea and received a Thai tea instead. I understand the mistake, because they sound very similar, but I still wanted a chai so I went up to the front desk to get the correct drink. The woman at the counter was very dismissive and rude and she was insisting I ordered a Thai when I did not. I asked her to change my drink, and she told me she was not doing it. I visit here often and have never had a bad experience until now.

I just got their Vietnamese coffee , great taste but when a customer asks for no ice we all know what that means… fill it up the brim. Good luck on your business .👍🏽🤝🏽

I ordered a Taro milk tea (best milk tea I ever had) I didn’t realize it didn’t come with gummies and I asked if they could put them in it was a extra charge but when I went to play the kind lady went and didn’t have me pay so therefore 5 stars

It’s getting expensive on the desserts now

I want to start off saying I’m not the kind of person to write reviews and I love all other bambu locations and their drinks. The drinks themselves are good although expensive. I used to be a regular and recommend this bambu to friends and family but lately customer service has notably been declining. I went in today with my family and ordered a thai tea with brown sugar and boba. The order came out and had no boba and I just figured the cashier didn’t hear and I went up and requested for additional boba and she said they no longer offered add ons so I would have to buy another one. They don’t give a receipt so I wasn’t able to see my order to correct it before it came out and the cashier up front was in general not very friendly and also didn’t repeat my order to get everything right. My sister ordered a smashed avocado with no ice to bring home to my mom and nonetheless the order came out with ice and actual avocado half full. At this point, we didn’t want to be any more of an inconvenience and just left. Unfortunately, this is not the first time since the last time we spoke to a lady who accidentally gave us crystal boba instead of regular boba and spoke to us with a rude tone when we requested a switch. I just wish management and staff tried better to amend messed up orders.
