Cinnabon packs had gnats flying inside the box and the girl just put it back on counter not in the trash.

I enjoy going to this Cinnabona with my kids. The choices are always well stocked, the employees are always smiling and seem like they have fun together. The manager is involved and on the floor often with her staff. I've never had an issue here! We enjoy coming here for a snack ♡
If you don't want to be in business just close the door instead of have employees with attitude taking money and be disrespectful.Selling old stuff cheap, and hot double the price..

Depends on day you go. Some staff aren't following safe food practices... touching face or hair with gloves then handling food

Of course Cinnabon is the bomb. com. Big hot goodness. However, service was slow and some of the workers were not wearing masks. A must to visit in the mall.
