I enjoy going to this Cinnabona with my kids. The choices are always well stocked, the employees are always smiling and seem like they have fun together. The manager is involved and on the floor often with her staff. I've never had an issue here! We enjoy coming here for a snack ♡

Depends on day you go. Some staff aren't following safe food practices... touching face or hair with gloves then handling food

Of course Cinnabon is the bomb. com. Big hot goodness. However, service was slow and some of the workers were not wearing masks. A must to visit in the mall.
Was at the Cinnabon in the Hamilton Mall and the manager Alexis was very rude she had the young man Zach working there throw my food at the end where I guess is pick up. Now this is not the first time she has done this beging rude and disrespectful but this is the first time I have really complained. I work with people all the time in customer service and I have never treated anyone the way she treated me and I buy from there every morning but this will be my last time.

Legitimately the best Cinnabon I've ever been to in my life. Well run, good management, fast and efficient staffing. Excellent food quality and good value compared to other similar spots.
