horrible experience. bad service. and waitress charged additional $15 to her tip. we will never be back

It was my first time in this place we enjoyed the food the service was fast and the food was awesome the prices were very good for the amount of food we received the only problem was the bar wasn't open I like trying different drinks at new restaurants I'm trying out . I will go back again I strongly recommend this place. I just hope the bar will be open .

Seafood is always good but the corn in crab boil is often mushy. I order the boil every visit and more often then not the corn is overcooked. Since my main goal is the seafood I can overlook it.

Parking: Restaurant is located in a Mall so there is plenty of parking. Closeness depends on time of day and mall activity.

Food was gross the fish sliders were only batter no fish then I had to keep the food overnight because I ordered @930 they close at 10 so by the time I got home, they were closed so I called back around 12:30 the following day for him to proceeded to tell me that I can bring the food back. What the hell are you gonna do with the food? I have pictures of it on my phone, but I don’t have the food i was not keeping the food.

I have to give a one as it won’t allow a zero. Worst food service I have experienced in a long time, after going to second table as the first was dirty we weren’t offered any suggestions, food was subpar at best - corn was overcooked, seafood was not fresh, order wasn’t served correctly. Then we found hair in our food and our waitress never came back to our table. Oh their liquor license was revoked so it BYOB. When issues were brought up we were only offered a 10% discount.

Crab was ok, flavorless, medium isn’t spicy at all, not good food flavorless don’t recommend going if you want good seafood

One of my fav restaurants

(most) people writing reviews here need to first check their grammar before hitting the post button. Secondly, this is not a crab house on the beach. Let’s try having realistic expectations for a crab house in the mall lol. The price is right, food is decent and for the love of god…stop being so surprised when the DoorDash order of a dish that’s supposed to be eaten hot and fresh at a restaurant, doesn’t come delivered to your door a 10/10. Let’s be realistic people and stop expecting more than you’re actually paying for.

My favorite is seafood in a bag (crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes then I add on broccoli) with garlic butter. Delicious. The lemon pepper wing are good but a little salty. Garlic bread delicious. I always enjoy my door whether I eat in or dine out.

The Crab Du Jour sauce is amazing!!! Service and food was superb. I got snow crab legs and shrimp, nothing was overcooked. The best lunch date is coming here then the arcade (Starcade)!!
