The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(
Go there if you have plenty of time. Had been there at 7:15-they asked us to come back at 08:15 because the kitchen was overworked (5 tables out of 40 with guests). At the end, we received our meals at 09:15....meals were ok...but not really hot. Seems that the whole organisation is a mess...record of slowest Chilies...had been to several.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!!! IM SO LIVID!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered with DoorDash, waited 2 HOURS, for my order NOT TO BE RIGHT, ITEMS MISSING, FOOD COLD AS HELL, and I ordered a Sprite and it was CARBONATED WATER!! I have so many cuss words for my entire order; that I’m not going to put on Google. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, fries were so far gone, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

DRY DRY DRYwhen it comes to food service we ( the customers) expect the food to be the same at 8am throughout closing time, that for you guys is 11pm.it did not look appetizing at all and the hard to do with wings, barely any seasoning on them. please do betterVery disappointing, trust me if i could , you guys wont be getting any stars
Terrible... manager is useless ...sits there holding up the to go counter for 20 minutes looking at my empty glass and empty dishes piled up on table not offering to get drinks or clear clutter or get service for us
