Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a few times when it was new and it was great!! But the last 3 times things have been missing. The one sandwich we ordered was supposed to have the peppers on it as one of the main ingredients. And neither sandwich had them. I don’t know if the staff is lazy or if they are just out of peppers every single time. 3 strikes and I’m out.

Ordered from here before and the subs are always great! The owners did a delivery to my work place a bit ago and came back with discounts card for our employees and guest! He was amazing! If you are looking for good food and kind people please check this place out!

We had never heard of Jersey Mike’s until we started seeing it on TikTok, and I was so excited to find out there was a location in our area. My mom and I went to try it, and we were honestly impressed. She ordered the chicken cheesesteak, I had the tuna, and both were delicious—our first experience was amazing.

Unfortunately, our second visit was a completely different story. When we walked in, we noticed a staff member sweeping the floor while food was being prepared. Then, when we got to the counter, it was dirty—definitely in need of being wiped down. To make matters worse, sandwiches were being wrapped directly on the unclean counter, which is completely unacceptable.

It wasn’t even busy—just myself, my mom, and one other customer with a partner, so there was no reason for the area to be so poorly maintained. The cleanliness was off-putting, and although the food wasn’t bad the second time (though much saltier), the environment made it hard to enjoy.

It’s really disappointing because we were genuinely excited about Jersey Mike’s after our first visit. But due to the cleanliness and lack of care on our second visit, we won’t be returning.

Terrible… I asked for lite Oil & Vinegar. She didn’t put it on had sandwich already wrapped, had to unwrap & add. I asked for pepper relish on the side didn’t get that at all. Asked if they did military or senior discount’s she said only in uniform never replied about senior discount at all.

I really like the Subs the Italian especially is my favorite. I think these subs are the best you can get from a chain.

My friend and I went to Jersey Mike's for the very first time after it opened up, I can honestly say that the food was phenomenal, along with the nice workers.
Jersey Mike's is going to be the place to get good food and awesome customer service.
I won't be looking for another sub shop, because this place has it all.
I can't wait till I come back.
Jersey Mike's the best and believe me when I say that you won't be disappointed.
Jersey Mike's, keep up the amazing job.

Barely any meat on the cheese steak , there was more lettuce then meat , especially for the money spent..
