RUN AWAY and find a different manhattan bagel. I ordered online from here through delivery via CHOW. When my items delivered there was a bagel MISSING. I contacted chow to get my money back and the owner/manager denied it! They are frauds and very argumentative over a $3+ dollar bagel.
IN ADDITION, they got my chocolate milk wrong when I specifically asked for a Yoo-hoo in the comments when ordering a nesquik. There is no option for it in the online app! There customer service lacks terribly.
I am going to a different manhattan from now on! Lost a great customer!
Edit: finally got a refund for the missing bagel but still run away.

This Manhattan Bagel ALWAYS messes up my order. It’s absolutely crazy considering I don’t even order anything off their own menu.
Meat has been left out of my breakfast wraps multiple times. When told about this the manager doesn’t even care. No refunds, no fixing things.. very disappointing, especially considering we place group orders for work. never again from this location.
Ok so the only good thing I can say is that the place is clean, but other then that pure robbery ordered a BLT the tomato was frozen and only 2 pieces of bacon a BLT shouldn’t have more tomato then bacon and then I ordered a bacon egg cheese on a bagel the taste was good or bad but I got 1 egg 2 piece of bacon and 1 slice of cheese wow and rude staff

I go to manhattan bagel every so often. Today was one of those days where I had the worst experience. With the owner at that. I order the bagel sandwich I wanted was very specific with what I wanted on my bagel. After paying and receiving my bagel I get to the car and noticed there’s things on the sandwich I did not ask for. I went inside to address the issues in a calm manner only to be yelled at by the owner saying I order this sandwich and were not re making it. I’m never one to complain at all. But the guy treated me like I was in the wrong when all I did was request a new sandwich with no egg(I’m allergic to egg) never in my life have I had someone so rude where in fact two other customers stopped ordering and had left. Not asking for pity just awareness of your workers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Manhattan Bagel. I placed an online order through their website, which is not user-friendly, and encountered issues with my special request to add cheese to my egg and meat breakfast sandwich. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the manager was incredibly rude and argumentative.
He kept insisting it wasn’t his fault that the website was difficult to use and claimed he didn’t understand my order. When I showed him my receipt to clarify, he snatched it out of my hand, which felt unnecessarily disrespectful. I tried to address the situation calmly and even acknowledged his perspective, but his unprofessional tone and dismissive attitude made the entire experience unpleasant.
Customer service is so important, and this encounter fell far below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both their online ordering system and their approach to customer interactions.

Will never eat here again! Still suffering from stomach aches and nausea. I used to go there everytime I went to target but the last few times, I went, I got stomach ache and this time it’s really bad. Seems like they used canned or older chicken this time.

Order a BLT, got a bLT, barely any bacon on it, considering the prices and the fact that the bacon is the protein in the sandwich i was disappointed, worst part bout it is that is second time ordering the same sandwich with the same result ,i love their sandwich’s, so im going to egg harbor township store from now on.

I have always loved this place but idk what happened today but I’m highly disappointed in the quality of food I received the bagels are usually a good size and puffy or at least not as flat as they were today…… today I received almost flat and seemed to be old bagels that seemed much smaller than usual and I paid good amount of money for them so I’m very upset normally I pick up my order but due to a recent injury I was not able to do pick up and had to do delivery and it was not worth it at all also the strawberry cream cheese hardly tasted like strawberries idk what that’s about but I definitely would NOT recommend DELIVERY

I enjoy a latte and a bagel from this place. Having moved here from New York City 8 months ago, I miss the bagels.However today I came in and an older man maybe Indian or Middle Eastern took my order. When I said I would like a latte with no foam, he simply starred at me in a rude manner. I had to repeat myself several times but clearly he was in a bad mood or something. My point is that a normal conversation could have occurred but instead he acted like a misogynistic rude jerk. Frankly you would think if it’s his own business he could be nicer.I’m disgusted by his demeanor and will definitely not be coming back here!!

Every time I come to this place their credit card machines are down. They close early or worst of all they take your online orders til 4 and you got to spend almost an hour to write the problem because they keep closing at 3:00 even though everywhere is listed at 4

You go in to order and owner start with you over heating a few bagels outta the dozen..then tell you coffee refills are at managements decrestion.. so refills are only free if management says so.. really . Then to embarrass me Infront of customers, and employees.. refused cooperate phone number when asked. Was rude, stared at you like a serial killer ... Like really.. all I did was place and order and want coffee and to sit down and have 2 bagels warmed on a snowy day
