The girl didn’t know how to make a coffee with cold foam and kept asking me how to make it. Her coworker came out and instead of making it or TEACHING her I got a refund. Was looking forward to this all day. Maybe train your employees better!

Ordering online takes longer then if you just purchase in store. They can't every make a drink correctly yet alone consistently make it the same

I came in today with my three daughters to get our usual drinks. The workers seemed to not give a care in the world about us and gave us horrible service. When we got our orders they gave one with whipped cream and the other without even though we said TWO. There was no sugar in any of the drinks and tasted absolutely disgusting. Would not come back. Cashier was just ready to just leave and ignored us completely.

I turned around in the parking lot adjacent to the store, it was a nice experience, I didn't go in to the store at all and couldn't tell you if the service or coffee was good or not.
Too expensive and the coffee is way too strong.
