Yikes this is a bad Starbucks. They had two employees, one of which had never worked there before and was trying her best to take orders.
The other was making each drink one at a time rather than doing the easy orders in parallel. As a result there was a massive line.

Was hoping to grab a breakfast sandwich and drink before a long trip in the car, But the kid behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me while I stood there for five minutes. So I went and did my shopping and another 10 minutes later I saw other customers also Being ignored. So I didn’t bother getting back in line.

We used to come here all the time and they made our drinks perfectly. And one time me and my girlfriend were discussing politics while waiting for our drinks and since then it seems they have been purposely messing up my drinks and it’s been leaving me with a very sour taste in my mouth. I even asked if they could add some sweetener without remaking the drink because I wasn’t trying to be rude, and they proceeded to add one pump of sweetener for a venti drink. Very poor attitude and customer service 1.5/5 very sad they ruined my experience here

A tall Caucasian gentleman with long black hair took my order and proceeded to make his own coffee. Him and the heavy set Caucasian lady ignored me while talking to their friend. Took 10 minutes to make a black coffee and still got it wrong.

The girl didn’t know how to make a coffee with cold foam and kept asking me how to make it. Her coworker came out and instead of making it or TEACHING her I got a refund. Was looking forward to this all day. Maybe train your employees better!

Always short staffed and long lines! I ordered a drink tonight and when I recieved it, the drink was less than half full!!!
