I love Thai food, that's why I ordering from this place, but it was the worst food I've ever had in my life, I would never order from them again and on top of that, they got my order wrong, they didn't send me the correct order and I ended up paying so much money for garbage food.

This is my first time trying this resturant. I love pad Thai. I understand that these cuisines from other region may be different from what I am pirticularly use to. However, The pad thai tasted like soy sauce, There was noodles, soy sauce, and just the protein. I couldn't eat it all as it was hard to savor. I just like to know if the preperation and taste of the pad thai is traditional of the Isan region, as I have read flavors of Isan Region have a mix of spices that balances each other.

We wanted to try a new place but unfortunately this was not the best option. We ordered pad se ew noodles with chicken and shrimp and overall it was not great. Noodles were soggy and gummy and honestly flavorless. Perhaps other food items are better. Thai iced tea and spring rolls were good though. And the sum total of what we ordered was pricy, 50 dollars! Hopefully things in the future will be better!

Very authentic Lao-Thai food. We was touring NJ and NYC and we're so glad we came by. We purchased over $200 worth of food and every bit of them were delicious. I haven't found any Raw beef Larb( custom) since I moved to the NE region, and they perfected it for me upon my request. The best Pad Thai I have ever had as well. I wish I was a local, but back to Pennsylvania I go. Thank you for the delicious foods and great conversations. I will miss this place.

I ordered via Uber Eats, 5 small pieces of chicken, and poor quality. Misrepresentations made integrity marketing material. Went straight to the garbage.

The worst Thai food we’ve ever had. The drunken noodles were just pure salt, no flavor whatsoever. The red curry was disgusting. I’ve never seen red curry sauce separate into 2 layers like that before. The amount we paid for this was outrageous for what we got. For the sake of not wasting food and money, my wife and I went to Trader Joe’s, got the Thai style red curry sauce, coconut milk and condensed milk to make our own red curry. We had to strain their nasty sauce off of the food. Stay away from this place.

Pho Thai Lao Kitchen in Maywood, New Jersey, is a cozy and inviting restaurant known for its authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, blending Thai and Lao flavors. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including their popular pho, pad thai, and Lao specialties like larb and papaya salad. The restaurant receives praise for its flavorful dishes, generous portions, and friendly service. The casual and relaxed atmosphere makes it a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. However, some patrons mention that the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait and we went there sunday daytime, they didn’t take longer time to give us food. Overall, Pho Thai Lao Kitchen is a great choice for those seeking a genuine taste of Thai and Lao cuisine in New Jersey.

The taste is average, not much meat, but the price is not cheap. We thought it was Thai food, maybe my expectations were too high. The default service fee of 20% is 20% when checking out, which is a bit uncomfortable because there is no service at all. The two times I wanted to ask the waiter to ask questions, I had to go to the kitchen to find him, and he was not proactive. I will definitely not go there again. Awesome restaurant
