Although I wanted to go to this restaurant this Wednesday which was the day of Laotian independence day, I am happy I was able to have this done within the very week of Laos having its national holiday. My first taste of Laotian cuisine was a delight: I had the Larb which is a special salad of Laotian culture. I loved the the way the chicken was prepared with the cabbage, cilantro and scallion mix, and the sticky rice. Lastly, the mango sticky rice which I had before from Thai...

Amazing food!! Everything is served fresh and hot!
We got the larvae at medium spice and it was a perfect shareable app/salad. Also grabbed the pho viet style and it was perfect for a cold evening.
