Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our server Jorge was phenomenal, he made great recommendations, my boyfriend enjoyed them all.

Went here for my husband’s birthday, and man, did they make it special! The waiter Marcos was so kind and attentive. Food was incredible, restaurant was clean and quiet, and the service was as boujee as you’d expect lol. A little overpriced of course, but you’re paying for quality and the boujee experience. Would highly recommend for a very fancy quiet night out.

Spent $200 to be treated second class and food was mediocre. Lobster was dry. Steaks were not prepared with the temperature we requested but we just let that go but the lobster was dry and hard. Would not come here again. Waiter also didn’t bring out one of the food we ordered until we asked where it was after paying the check. I still left $35 tip but the waiter seemed to not care about us. I saw a girl come in with a football jersey seated in dining area but was told you have to be dressed up to sit in the dining area and treated like they did me a favor to allow me to sit there instead of the loud bar where they originally tried to seat me because I had a tank top on. Made us stand and wait to move to dining room and ask “permission” to sit in a quieter area. I wanted to leave after that but my mom was excited to eat there as we hadn’t been there in a while but the food wasn’t even worth it.
The ahi tuna was also very fatty and chewy. If you are going to be pretentious with a high price at least the food should be good! Definitely disappointed. Was having a family get together swimming on vacation which is why I had pants and a black tank top on. I didn’t want to come here but my mom did and I didn’t have another shirt with me on the spot when she said let’s go eat there. But I understand now that’s their policy but the food was not even worth it even if I came in with another shirt on lol.

We had a great time at Ruth Chris. Our server Roger made our evening. He went above and beyond. We always love dining at Paramus Ruth Chris. Service is top notch. Food was delicious. Kudos to everyone. Made our anniversary special. Thank you.

Best experience i had at a restaurant for my anniversary. Staff was so nice and food was amazing

🪂🥩 stopped in for a early supper. They have a large bar with comfortable seating and plenty of table dining.
Had the New York strip steak 🥩 with asparagus and as always the beverage of my choice🥃. Finished off with a dessert and espresso. Lovely 🌹

Steak may have been slightly over marinated 👀👃👂.... But that's still 👌

Thankfully the establishment was able to accommodate to a late walkin. I ordered the prefixe meal special they had out of curiosity and it’s absolutely worth it. The special included a choice of starter, entree, and desert for such a wonderful and surprisingly low price. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious as well as the Brussels sprouts. The waiter ( Scott C) was efficient and fast paced with our orders. He was attentive even due to the circumstances of close to the time the establishment was closed. The location was quite closer compared to the next closest Jersey city. Quite pleased with this location and its customer service. Another prime reason I like the location due to their staff helping another customer with the public transportation to get back to the city.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Our server, Roger, went out of his way to feel us welcomed. Strongly recommended for date night.

I had such a beautiful time at this restaurant. We sat in the main dining room at one of the tables. Our server Scott, was very attentive to our needs during our dine in experience and the trainee was also very observant throughout our time there. I brought both my mother and friend to dinner and everything was superb 😊. We especially enjoyed the veal osso buco ravioli and spicy shrimp as our appetizer. For drinks, I had the blueberry mojito which was absolutely delicious, so I ended up getting another…and maybe another lol. Our filet was beautifully prepared and so so delicious. We even had enough to take home with us. Overall a really beautiful time and the staff was so welcoming and friendly 😊. Definitely looking forward to returning there once again very soon. Thank you!

Our server Fernando was fast, friendly, and flawless. Leah and Tkeyah were warm, welcoming, and wonderful. Managers Kay, Ashley, and Jen kindly checked in, constantly ensuring our anniversary was absolutely amazing and that we had everything we wanted.

We had the best time here! The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. George was a great server, and the manager, Kay, was very kind. I saw them signing “Happy Birthday” to another table in American Sign Language. My cousin is deaf, so that tugged at my heartstrings. I will have to bring him in one day.

Exceptional service from Roger our waiter!! Very impressed and I'm been to a lot of Ruth Chris' and other great steakhouses in the US and worldwide. Well done to this particular locale for making a dining experience exceptional.
