food is terrible and the service crew is more worst and terrible, the short fat asian guy don’t understand what we order, the guy looks latino is very rude, the management should required them to do retraining for costumer service,, definitely we will never to buy our food here!!!

Love this place. Go here often and never had a problem. Food is good. Cashier's do their job well (which you would be surprised sometimes in other places) only thing they can work on is being stingy with the sauce, which is why a lot of people go there, because it's good. I offer to pay for extra everytime, so when they don't charge to be kind and I ask for two or three extra I can do without the look. But otherwise great location, I highly recommend

The cashier super mean not only with my husband and I, but also with the cooks. He was screaming the workers in front of all customers . The food was good
All I have to say is the customer service is absolutely garbage as garbage as there food that particularly day. I asked the cashier for two kids meal well done chicken one with only noodles and the other with just fried rice. Not only did she charge me for two full meals but she got my daughters order completely wrong. I’m not tryna be a Karen but I know they’re management is not up to par and I’m with my daughter can’t even turn up. Do better she didn’t even know her dollars from cents

This is the only one that you could go to because you have no choice but it's not just the first time. Their food is dry unlike other sarku place. You have to PAY for the extra sauce. Maybe that's the reason why they intentionally make it dry. Service is slow. They should adapt the other sarku's way. Drinks are out of stock ( fountain). Crews are not friendly or not smiling.
