They are definitely understaffed and working within limited capacities but when I went in the other day Kelly and Nick did an amazing job at making me feel seen and welcome! The customer service has definitely improved in the last few months I would just love for the wait times to get better too!
You can deadass go to a Starbucks in Times Square, NY with longer lines and still receive your order faster than this location.
Extremely slow service
