Second visit to Crawdaddys! Last time I had the fried shrimp. Excellent large shrimp cooked to perfection. This time my friend and I had the short ribs. Tasty tender meaty beef. And I love the smoked gouda grits. My son had the jambalaya, his favorite and my friend had the trio. Everyone had leftovers to take home for another meal. They play New Orleans music, not too loud, with a nice vibe. Check this place out!
Just wanted to drop by and say that a place like CrawDaddy’s is so refreshing to have in Jersey where everything is either Italian, Mexican or a chain restaurant. I’ve passed this food truck at several local farm events but never had the chance to try it. I’m glad my first visit was at the restaurant because everything was delicious and worth it. I came shortly after they opened on a weekday, and the service was excellent. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped with recommendations. I was too full to try dessert this time, but I’ll definitely be back for it.
