“Today was my first time at Peewee’s. The selection was great, I was especially pleased with all of the vegan choices. I had been wanting to try the corn ice cream and it did not disappoint. Unique and delicious! My daughter got the vegan piña colada with toasted marshmallows which she enjoyed. The store was clean and welcoming, the servers were attentive and friendly, and the outside area was very nice. Will definitely be back!“

“On a whim on a chilly mid-morning Sunday in January my neighbor and I stopped in here for brunch. I had the biscuits and gravy special with potatoes and eggs, the service was impeccable. Coffee was excellent, and the dessert (apple blossom with vanilla gelato) was absolutely amazing. I definitely will be returning with wine for dinner in the near future. Definitely a hidden local gem!“

“First time here in a few years since they changed ownership and remodeled. The food is still great as it always has been and the service was even better. I love the new look on the outside and little seating area before you walk in. It definitely gives off very modern and welcoming vibes.“

“It's so hard to go to brunch with folks when all they want is eggs and pancakes, but, you can go to Turning Point and have some vegan goodies! They have Just Egg, which is great, because you don't need to feel left out. They have a delicious power up grains bowl with a salad, quinoa and legumes, and sautéed veggies, dressed up with fresh avocado and salsa. It's a pretty decent size, but if you have a large appetite, it may not be enough. Thankfully, they have vegan pancakes, yesssss! Order them and be happy with your carbs, syrup and fresh bananas and strawberries. Top it all off with a bunch of juice and beverage options like French press coffee, tea, lattes and fresh juices. There's also avocado toast, waffles, oatmeal and at least one salad that's vegan friendly. So, that's pretty much an option in all the categories. This makes it a great option for veg*ns, because so often there is only one or two choices! There's also vegan sausage if you like that with your brekkie or brunch. Yum all around - just wish they had a vegan hot chocolate section. Parking is easy, service is quick and table are plentiful.“

“We dined here for the first time today. We were surprised how big this restaurant was inside and were seated right away at 12pm. We ordered breakfast items which are served all day. The portions were huge and omelette was delicious! I like how you had option of home fried potatoes or hash brown potatoes and they give you a choice of pancakes, toast or a muffin as your side!! My daughter loved her French toast and it was fluffy and cooked perfectly and was not made with those yellow egg beaters like some diners. The service was fast and we were in and out in 45 minutes! “My son and I had a really great experience. He ordered the avocado Benedict and it came out with bacon. We sent it back cause he’s a vegetarian. The menu omitted that it was a meat dish. Anyway, not only were they gracious about the exchange but they brought my son a fresh bowl of fruit. The apologized a few times about the mix up. The Benedict was fixed and delicious! I ordered the chili- and let me say- best chili ever!!!“

“My wife and I just had the best Thai food we've had in a long time.

Started with two appetizers. The Thai Crepe was a thin thai crepe, lightly crisp rice flour with incredibly seasoned veggies and tofu with a condiment of pickled diced radish and carrot. The flavors and textures were perfect together. The veggie dumplings looked like little flowers. The dough was thin and light, seasoned perfectly.

That's a running theme here--perfect aromatic seasoning.

Entrees were equally delicious. Massaman curry with shrimp. Veggies saturated in the sauce with a generous portion of shrimp. It had just a hint of hot to blend exactly right with the sweetness. So good. Veggie tofu pad Thai was great. Noodles had the perfect bite and, once again, seasoned beautifully.

We also got a pot of green tea which complemented the meal perfectly. Joe, our server, was super attentive and friendly and kept our pot filled. His wife was doing the cooking--and what a great cook she is!

Got dessert to go: mango sticky rice. Joe said we'd love it because the mango was so sweet. He was right! And the rice had the perfect bite.
