We ordered the LARGE PARTY PACK (Feeds 16-18) from the catering menu. Well, the smoked meat and sausage were delicious but certainly not enough for 16-18 people as advertised. We had 8 at our event and there was not enough food! The Baked beans and Mac and cheese were gone before everyone had a single spoonful. We did have enough of the Garden salad and Collard greens though. We ran out of sausage and had only 3 ribs leftover, plus only a scoop of pulled pork with a couple pieces...read full review
BEST GOBBLER I'VE EVER HAD.
The turkey was plentiful and smoked perfectly. Stuffing and gravy were excellent- didn't "need" anything.
