I live in Mendham Borough and received a large ad for Dunkin' Rewards in my mailbox today. It has our Dunkin listed at your address 25 E Main St but in Mendham TOWNSHIP not Mendham Borough!!! Worst DD I have ever been to. They are constantly out of donuts and munchkins. The service is terrible and orders are consistently incorrect. If not for having kids, i would never set foot in this place again.

I have been to many many Dunkin and I mean many because I’m a first responder. I’m always on the road 6 days a week. So am always at different Dunkin. By far, this one is the worst I bought a chocolate frosting and the chocolate was all over the bag it was so messy, and. When I try to switch it to get a next one they give me an attitude and the lady told me I smooshed it myself Why would I do that? I was standing right there waiting for my wake up wrap and saw it. Smh! Then she’s trying to say I’m lying to my face. Then there was a next time I order a croissant with butter. It’s like they put 1 pound of butter. when I go and ask for a little butter separate, so I put put it on how I want too. they don’t want to give me but other Duncan does it. I do not recommend this Dunkin to anyone. The service really sucks. There’s no love in the food making.

If I knew that when I asked for an iced latte they were going to pour cold milk in a glass add syrup and ice and call it a day I would have saved my money and done it at home. Infact that’s what I will do from now on.
