“Do you like authentic thin crust Italian pie? I do! This is why I love their pizza. I love the bubble in the crust with just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. I always ask for very little cheese on my Margherita pizza and more sauce. They get it perfect every time. I liked it better than the pie I had in Naples.”
“Our family discovered Dante's in 1993. Tommy and I enjoy going for dinner, but our family has catered so many parties there; most recently our granddaughter Aria's Christening on 2/17/24. We have catered our younger daughter Alex's communion, our Michelle's bridal shower, my Mom's 90th birthday and my 65th birthday there three years ago. Lisa has always gone above and beyond, and especially working w/Michelle who lives out of state; making Aria's christening perfect! We can't thank her and her staff enough for making my granddaughter's Christening fabulous on Saturday! The Vitale and Nolan Families”
“I’ve never had anything but excellent pizza from Sorrento’s. It’s a very solid, local pizza place. I always order it in advance and then walk to pick it up and the guys in there are always super friendly. If you are picking up, it’s easy to park on the street right in front and pop in a grab your food. All I want from a regular old school pizza place is good pizza and Sorrento’s never disappoints.”
“Ordered on the slice app and I even forgot to order an item and they accommodated me. Everything showed up that was supposed to be delivered and everything was hot and yummy. Will be coming back!!!”
“Do NOT listen to the reviews saying these people are “mean”. I was just here 5 minutes ago and the other reviewers must be from out-of-state. The service is fantastic, efficient, and the food is DELICIOUS! Did I get a bubbly person grinning from ear-to-ear and asking about my day? No and I’m glad. I got a kind person doing their job perfectly who gave a small smile and wished me well. I wholeheartedly second with the banana bread recommendation! Go here, be in & out, and eat some great food!”
“Loved the coffee and soo many options. We had two toddlers with us and while im guessing it was unusually quiet due to a holiday they were fine there and liked sitting at the high top looking out the window.”
“Dinner was so delicious last night that we decided to return again today for lunch. Always outstanding year after year... this is the first place we visit when we return to New Jersey!”
“I have eaten here a few times and I always come away impressed. This is not your typical boring Italian American red sauce joint that is in every town in NJ. This place actually tries to cook food like you would get in Italy. Fresh ingredients are the star here and nothing is drown in sauce. They have a few Italian American classics like an excellent Chicken Parm but will also serve you a perfect Mediterranean swordfish as well. The staff is great and the restaurant is very casual for this quality of food.”
“Excellent steak, penne with vodka sauce, spaghetti with garlic and olive oil. You order up front and then wait in the "speakeasy" and have a drink and chat with the friendly bartender, until your meal is ready. No sign out front. Exceptional place.”
“We had such a great experience. We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and it did not disappoint! The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!”
“Absolutely loved our experience here. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, while the service is completely top notch. The food is amazing including the octopus, hummus, cheese and scallops! This is a must do BYOB if you're in town.”
“I loveeee ONE11 Bar & Kitchen. These place has everything, delicious food , great atmosphere and the best and unique cocktails you can find in the area. The staff are amazing and so welcoming. You wouldn't be disappointed.”
“First and foremost, I cannot say enough positive things about Hills of Herat! From the amazing, carefully-curated, fresh food options, to the wonderful, kind, and professional and accommodating staff - everything at Hills is quality from the moment you step through the door.I have been to Hills many times for regular dining with my friends and family, and when it came time to hosting an event, I couldn’t think of a better place that would suit my needs. My mother hosted my baby shower here, and the staff, ambiance, and food were all fantastic, and each my guests shared the same sentiments! The bread, soup, appetizers, rice, and meat platters were all perfect! And I am very hard to please when it comes to food!I really appreciate all of the kindness and warmth from all of the staff at Hills, as well the wonderful experience I had at my event hosted at this location. I truly look forward to having another event at this location in the future.”
“Hello we we're on our way up to Connecticut from maryland and we needed a break and I said to my daughter laurel. Ask your phone where there are gourmet sandwiches & etc. This is where we landed and we were impressed!Yum! The quality of the Turkey sandwich I had was a winner. I like to stop at places like this. First they are not a chain. Small business needs attention everywhere. They have created a cozy but well laid out flow. This kinda makes you want to look into the building further. There was seating and more coziness! We couldn't stay had to get back on the road. We have another trip in the spring to make and we will stop and dine in next time!!!”
“Everything about this place is awesome. I had the Western omelet and it was fantastic....made with Taylor ham vs. regular ham. It's a small, quaint place with groovy stuff on the walls. My husband and mother in law have been there many times but finally, it was my turn! I highly recommend!”
“The food was amazing and satisfied me and my family, the service was very nice as they were very kind, understanding, and clear about what they were trying to say, the area was nice and cozy with relaxing music and overall this restaurant is the best sushi place out there.”
“Mondo is a nice spot to grab a few slices or to have dinner at. Everyone inside is super friendly and food comes out hot and good.Pizza is top notch and worth a trip over here to grab a pie or 2. After being tortured in Fl for a few years it’s good to be back having good pizza again.”
“We finally got a chance to check this place out and we are so glad we did. This is one of the best Indian restaurants we have been to. Both my husband and I both said how good the food was after our first bites. We are already thinking about when we can go back. The owner is also a really kind man and we enjoyed getting to talk to him.”
“Since opening their doors, The Pasta Shop has been my favorite restaurant for so many reasons. First of all is the food- there are so many delicious options. The menu changes seasonally and there are daily specials, so there's always something new to try on top of the reliable favorites. You can't beat their fresh pasta and the sauces are amazing. When not dining in or grabbing takeout, we will often just get a pound of pasta and some sauce to cook at home. It can't be beat for a nice pasta meal at home. Second is the staff- everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful- from owners to servers to seaters and more. They make you feel like family and are so attentive. You can tell their truly enjoy what they're doing. Lastly, are their accommodations for special diets. There are always vegetarian options on the menu, which I appreciate greatly. They also offer delicious gluten free pasta, which my sister with celiac disease has raved about. They take cross-contamination very seriously and I know she felt safe eating there. There are so many reasons to love The Pasta Shop. I highly recommend a visit!”
“Can’t find many pierogi places anymore and I’m glad I did. It was a clean place with about 8 types of pierogies along with some other Polish delicacies, including rotating specials. We decided to start with the Bigos which was the perfect choice for a cold day; well seasoned meats, mixed in with fresh cabbage. We tried the spinach & feta and the BBQ short rib pierogies that were each packed with flavor. I would say they both needed to be included with butter or include onions (not upcharged) to take them to the next level. Also a little expensive for the size.Still worth the trip and definitely will try them again soon.”
“Came here for a quick pit stop to try out the famous cider place. Their cider was so crisp and flavorful, wanted to try all of them! Was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, Doggo and kids friendly, they have heating outside which was nice”
“Very friendly service and they go the extra mile to delight their customers. Chicken Parm takeout was excellent. Vodka pasta is great, but the catering tray dried out a bit.”
“This brewery has come a long way since the first time we visited. We caught them on the tail end of their “Sourstock” so a lot of the beers on tap were left over from that, but they also had others, seltzers, and a slushy option which was nice. Outdoor area was fine, but the inside was nicer. We’ll be back!”
“My husband and I went here for the first time today and the owners were so welcoming and pleasant! Food was amazing and our son loved the pierogies! Will be back again soon!”
“What an awesome place! Great ice cream; love all the flavors we’ve tried. The space is clean, bright, and cheerful. We hosted our 3-year-old’s birthday party here, and it was perfect, thanks to Tony and Andrea. Would recommend to anyone.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place, and what kid wouldn’t. The side area with the picnic tables is great!”
“Everything about this café makes me always come back. I have been here a few times and I am never disappointed. I was there just today to have their delicious baklava pistachio cheesecake and it's always so worth the calories. Their food is also delicious!!. The owners are very kind..”
“No notes. The food was a tremendous surprise for a place advertising as an Irish pub. This ain't McGovern's. This is a seriously good spot for actual cuisine.I'm a bourbon drinker and they had a solid selection, which deserves to be explored on a return visit. And, they pour honest pints of Guinness, so in short, this is a legit 5-star joint.”
“Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We enjoyed lovely wine, oysters, pasta and dessert! Ana and Elsa took great care of us and helped celebrate my birthday!”
“Oakflower is one of NJs best breweries, and Long Hill is lucky to have them. They make a great variety of styles, but I'm in love with their pilsners and farmhouses. The brewhouse is cozy and welcoming, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. They are a must visit NJ brewery.”
“A true gem that has been in business for 50 years! Sam and Rick are very sweet and our sandwich’s tasted so fresh and delicious! They have a lot of great options. We will definitely be going back.”
