New 2024 owner- Lexi- is wonderful. Food is still really good. Best breakfast sandwiches around and great lunch options. Coffee is strong and delicious. Do NOT listen to the reviews saying these people are “mean”. I was just here 5 minutes ago and the other reviewers must be from out-of-state. The service is fantastic, efficient, and the food is DELICIOUS! Did I get a bubbly person grinning from ear-to-ear and asking about my day? No and I’m glad. Wicker Basket is an old school deli, the kind that most of us miss in an era where chains have wholly eliminated the mom and pop vendor in this space. The service is fast and friendly and the sandwiches are exactly as ordered. The bonuses of the half and half iced tea and chocolate chip banana bread are must-haves with your order. I always walk in and order direct here and am back in my car in less than 5 minutes.
