The Short Ribs are Awesome
I just got a roast beef and fresh mozzarella sandwich. It was very good, the bread, the mozz, and loaded with roast beef. They are very generous with the meat. However, I didn't really see pricing on the menu and I only saw an option for a half or a whole sub. I got a whole sub and I was shocked at the price but the sandwich was as long as my arm! The Wicker Basket Deli has exceeded expectations since the new owners took over. The new owners are awesome and extremely friendly, and the employees make customers feel so welcomed. Everything is now homemade at the deli, which tastes so much better. The sandwiches and subs are excellent, and the prices cannot be beat. Breakfast sandwiches are to die for. A favorite sandwich is the Fat Kitty hot roast beef, which is amazing. The Italian Hot Dog this week was delicious. Another customer’s usual is 2 sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll. Staff is attentive, service is fast, and daily specials make the menu interesting. The Wicker Basket is a go-to deli for breakfast and lunch. The Seafood salad sandwich on a hard roll is a treat. Memories make you smile and warm your heart.
