Walk in service is horribly slow every-time . Seems as though drive thru gets priority.
Most times this place is on point. Quick service and consistent. I ordered a sandwich and it was missing some ingredients. The staff quickly made it right. It wasn't their fault because the sandwiches come pre packed. It's more of a Starbucks issue. I really enjoy it here.
This location cannot efficiently handle a drive thru. It takes a very long time, even if there are only a few cars ahead. Coffee is not that great and tastes like they use expired cream, which made me sick. You also have to check your order meticulously, as they frequently make mistakes. Rather than ask for a tip, you should ask your customers if they would like a tip for putting up with this nonsense.
Addie was amazing! My drink wasn’t made right and she went above and beyond to help me.
Just ordered a grande iced… the coffee tastes like cleaning chemicals. Thought it was just me, had my husband taste it… immediately said it tasted like the cup had cleaning chemicals inside of it.
Nice attention
Just experienced the nastiest rudest staff that I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks, today is March 24, 2025. I’m absolutely disgusted by the manager, whose name is Nicole who held my refund hostage because I wouldn’t throw my lid away after being asked to take the lid off because I asked for a refund. Now I order the same drink every time that I go to Starbucks if it isn’t right, I hand it back. Tell them that it isn’t right. They remake it as their policy. The young man remade it and it taste like water so instead of wasting more time after being in there from 730 until about 7:45 750 I decided that it would be better to be on time to work, and just ask for a refund. When I asked for the refund Nicole, the manager asked me to remove the lid because she can’t take the lid. I Removed the lid and I sat it down on the counter then she tells me that she needs the card that I purchased the drinks on. I went outside to grab the card I came back in. Nicole has put the lid in front of the register and is telling me that I have to throw it away, and I said do the return and she said to me, you have to throw your lid away because I can’t take your trash, at this point she’s holding my refund hostage. So I had to get loud using a higher level of volume in my voice, and then she did the return. I did not throw the lid away, and I left the store upon exiting. She says to me that I can’t come back to the store and order or at least while she’s there. Nicole needs to either be demoted or removed from the store because she is combative and very rude and disrespectful to the customers that come to Starbucks every day and I go to this one every day because I work two minutes down the road I’ve never had an experience like this I’ve never even seen her in the store I am 100% upset with this transaction and I feel like you guys need to do something about it like immediately because if I were less of a person, I probably would’ve done something very unsavory, but I am a customer service representative who is an administrative assistant I’m doing this instead to inform you of how disgusting and rude and disrespectful Nicole is And also the atmosphere at this Starbucks is very unwelcoming when you go into the store they don’t say hello. They don’t say good morning. They don’t say welcome to Starbucks. It’s pretty disgusting. I feel like higher-ups need to do a visit.
I'm not someone who writes bad reviews of places because I understand things just happen sometimes. Misunderstandings, miscommunications; Whatever it is, it's usually not enough for me to get online and get to typing.
This is not the case here.
This location just so happens to be very accessible for me and my daily route, which is why it's such a shame that I've never been able to get a single correct order from this place.
This last (ridiculous) instance, I go through the drive through in a rush and order two matcha lattes for myself and a family member.
I'll admit, going to this location was definitely my first mistake.. The second being not having enough sense to go somewhere else..
I order both lattes with coconut milk instead of the default whole milk. We prefer dairy-alternatives and my family member is severely allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, most notably, almonds. Upon receiving the drinks, I made sure the sticker on the side of both cups read coconut milk, took a sip from one to confirm, and left. Thinking nothing of it.
I make it to my destination and give my family member the other drink, only for her to wind up having almond milk in her beverage and a trip straight to the hospital instead of her birthday outing.
Why only the one drink had a completely different ingredient I never even asked for, is just BEYOND me.
It's 2024, y'all.. Most people are far more aware that you can't just throw whatever you or your stingy management wants at paying customers without regard to THEIR food allergies or dietary restrictions. Normally, if you don't have something in stock, you tell the customer and make them aware. You don't just start mixing up random concoctions because you ran out of coconut milk and you don't feel like digging around in the back for another carton..
I'll make sure to give my business and coin to a better local shop that actually gives their customers what they ask for, instead of carelessly sending my family members into anaphylactic shock..
Shame on y'all, do better..

Stuck in drive thru for over 30 minutes with no way out is absolutely criminal. Get more staff and stop being so greedy, you clearly have enough traffic here.
I read all the reviews about rude cashier here but experiencing her rudeness was beyond any abusiveness I have ever experienced. My bill was over 60$ and she couldn’t care to actually get any of my food. She just took a payment and disappeared, telling us to go wait over-there. I had to get other people to actually get me what i’ve ordered. She was short and rude from the moment I approached the register. Unwarranted because I was smiling and overly polite. I understand finding descent employees is difficult but these kind of people turn customers away. There is no way I will step foot in this location ever again.

I come to this Starbucks every morning as it is the closest to my job and it’s on the way. Usually it’s great and I have no issues but today the girl made a completely different drink and got mad when I came back to get it remade, if I pay $8 for a drink I want the drink I ordered… the blonde girl was sweet but the other one was rude, unprofessional, and still ended up not making my drink correctly. I ordered one more drink for my fiancé when he went to get my drink fixed and they made that one wrong as well. It’s pretty simple to just follow the directions that are on the ticket, I expect for the drinks to be good if I’m spending nearly $20 on 2 drinks. If you are mad about remaking a drink then get it right the first time, if you work in customer service you should have a good attitude not a bad one. I honestly hope she isn’t working the next time I come back because I feel she made the second drink gross on purpose. I get people make mistakes and that’s fine but don’t have an attitude because you have to remake it and fix the mistake YOU made.

I went there to get my morning coffee and impossible sandwich and was told to wait over there. The employee never asked my name or anything he took my sandwich tossed it on the counter. I never recieved my iced coffee after waiting for 15 min and had to leave because I had to rush to work only still to be late.. So I was out of my coffee, 7 dollars and change and late to work anyways.
This Starbucks is so convenient in my end because it is near my office and whenever I need to drink coffee or grab one I just drive by here.
At this location weekly, today I had a hundred dollar bill when I got to the window they said they didn’t have change. I had no other way to pay thats all I had on me so they rather me drive away leaving all my food and 2 drinks. If you can’t break a hundred put a sign out!!
Girl with the AirPod had a massive attitude. Happy to see I’m not the only one who got backlash for asking a question
