I would leave 0 stars if I could. The drive thru operator was incredibly rude. Because of the snow and construction, I entered the Starbucks through the one way by mistake. The drive thru operator informed me immediately when I drove up, and I apologized as it was an honest mistake. The car behind me had done the same thing. When I went to pick up my order, the same person who was on drive thru orders took my payment then began to lecture me again with a condescending tone about the one way. I said I was sorry again and was confused due to the snow and construction. He proceeded to roll his eyes at me and scoff. It was just a simple mistake, but the attitude and rudeness was unwarranted. I will not be visiting this Starbucks anymore, Robbinsville’s Starbucks is much friendlier anyway. My drink wasn’t even filled all the way and cold when given to me.

Didn't know Starbucks served soap in their cappuccinos. Also cappuccinos are not supposed to explod when you shake them up. The cashier was rude and obviously had better things to do then take my order. I guess because I looked like a hard working man, I shouldn't have been there. This happened 01/13/23. This was a good location when it first opened. Lately it's just been getting worse. Ive felt so disrespected and a lack for quality by this establishment, I went to Dunkin Donuts. After telling them what happened, they comp me a free cappuccino... and it was ? on point. Management needs to do something about their employees, or find better ones.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I've been to. Crumbs and garbage everywhere. All of the counters were dirty. Baristas slamming drinks on the counters spilling every drink. Messing up a lot of orders. My order wasn't even correct I threw it

I've been here several times before, and the service has never been stellar (it's on my way to work), but today was absolutely deplorable. The 1st red flag was when placing my order at the drivethrough, the young lady (Shamiah I believe) kept over talking me, as she was rushed, and took way too long to get my modifications right (I mean, mods are why we come to StarB in the first place right). When I got to the window, after a few moments, she handed me 2 drinks- neither of which had the modifications I asked for and one drink was overflowing. I asked her about the cream and caramel drizzle, which I had paid for by the way, and she stated that the drink didn't come with whipped cream. I reminded her and pointed to the label on the drink to remind her that I requested it, to which she replied, Oh, I'm sorry she must have forgotten, referring to the barista working with her. Moments later, she tried to hand me the same drink, and it continued to overflow. When she realized it, she handed me a couple of napkins. I also noticed her nails were very dirty, which made me uneasy. As I was waiting for the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I felt hard pressed to ask the store to remake my drink and when I Shamiah to do so, she questioned me several times as to why and asked if I wanted to taste my drink first until I sternly said, Just please remake it the way it's supposed to be. She then had someone else come to the window who further questioned what was wrong with the drink and I FURTHER explained that I just wanted to a proper drink that was not overflowing as they passed it through the window. This same person brought my drink back decently made-clearly low on the whipped cream and toppings but no coffee spilling out (and with clean fingernails). The first young lady came back (Shamiah) with my food order, said that the Turkey bacon and egg sandwich I initially ordered was unavailable, and asked if I wanted a sub or refund. I gave her my sub order and waited patiently. When she brought it back I checked the bag and noticed my Turkey pesto sandwich was missing. I waved through the window, and she came back. I told her that the sandwich was missing and then she asked me if I was sure I said yes, it's not in here. Then a SECOND person came over (the one who replaced my drink) and said. Are you sure it's not in there? And I sternly said it's not in the bag. They left the window to confirm my order and when, Shamiah came back, she apologized because she realized it was actually the Turkey pesto sandwiches that they were out of instead of the Turkey bacon sandwich, again blaming the employee making the orders behind her, at which point I just said Thank you and pulled off. I have never been so underserved, disrespected, aggravated, unseen, and misunderstood at a food establishment in My Life (and eating out is my fave thing to do). This place is in a prime location, but its employees have clearly forgotten the prime target, the customer, is why it thrives. Do better!

The young lady(her name might be a Maria or Marie, it’s started with a letter M) that at the register was very rude to to my daughter, we came in to pick up a Mobil order. My order came to the register to ask for a cup of water to take her medication. The girl gave her no attention whatsoever. Then I had go come by and asked for it myself. After a few minutes later she slammed a cup of water on the counter! My daughter said “thank you”(because she’s well mannered) she gave my daughter a dirty look and walked away. I’m even more annoyed because it’s wasn’t busy at the time. On top of all the rudeness, my coffee was overly sweet. Also ordered a trenta strawberry açaí refresher without ice. She decided to give me less of a full cup because I didn’t want ice ?. I did not bother to ask her to fix it. Definitely not going back to this location again

1 or 2 employees here are decent but everyone else seems to be incapable of making a coffee ? whoever the new manager is needs to be fired b/c she’s not doing a good job either. I didn’t know it was rocket science to blend vanilla syrup, sweet cream, and cold brew together

QUAKERBRIDGE RD, STARBUCKS is hands down the best coffee shop in Hamilton! I get my quad venti caramel macchiato from here every morning. They consistently make every drink perfect! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The vibe here is always happy and relaxed which makes me truly enjoy, and look forward to coming back. Thank you to all staff at QB rd Starbucks. Carrie

I’ve never been to this place but I was across the street getting lunch and was sat behind a man and a younger woman having a meeting, I’m assuming it was informational regarding a new position. The man was giving the girl some information about her new position and said a few things that didn’t sit right with me or my company. He began talking about the employees and mentioned that some of his employees were “***** and that the person he was referring to must have been made fun of her whole life because she was d*** and have no self esteem, he was giving out personal health history about his employees, personal health history of employees families, and even called a few of the employees mean and have anger issues. If this was my boss I’d be livid, also his laugh is so annoying.
