Horrible experience here. The workers definitely do NOT speak to each other. I asked the girl working if they had found any car keys two times and she said no like I was crazy. I’m out there tearing up the parking spot for over an hour, panicking, only to come back in and ask a third time they magically had them the whole time?? What even?? Zero communication. Absolutely none. Had me feeling insane for no reason. And on top of all that, the boba tea was not even good—super mid at best. Definitely not worth the stress. Never again!

Akihi is amazing! I tried the crispy chicken and I’m absolutely in love with it. Also had the Oreo waffle and the double chocolate waffle — they completely stole my heart! This place has such a cute vibe and cozy seating. It does get really busy, but honestly, every minute is worth the wait. I’m obsessed — love this place
I travel a lot & sometimes I really need a lil pick me up. Akihi is on point. Refreshing fresh fruit, exotic juices & tea bursting with flavor. They do not skimp. This is premium right here. It's relaxing, while allowing me to maintain focus with some of the best tasting green tea. Excellent packaging allows you to grab it while you're on the run without worrying about spilling contents.

Honestly was my favorite place to go to till this one time I had a problem with my drink and I asked for a drink re done it’s the same thing everytime I get taro with the topping and everything and it was watered down so I asked them nicely and they told me no and and starting saying It wasn’t watered down when they didn’t try it or anything and the manager turned me down barley listening and same with the receptionist
