The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10”

I first discovered the latte through a social media post a few weeks ago, and now Brewed Awakening has become my go-to spot every Sunday for a relaxing meal. The service is always warm and welcoming. Annie, the owner, often makes an appearance on the floor, either serving or checking in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their visit. Her kindness and genuine hospitality make the experience even more special. I highly recommend stopping by Brewed Awakening for a delicious meal and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. “Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!”

“Loved this cute little place!!! My daughter and I were out and about, and wanted to get some coffee, but not from the regular “chain” coffee shop, so after a quick search, we headed to Metuchen. We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. We also got a cheese and pesto savory pastry and a passion fruit and coconut tres leches dessert. Everything was delicious!!!!! Thanks for the enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.”

“I recently visited this place, and as usual, it was quite busy. They offer a much wider variety of ice cream flavors compared to other places. We tried the Toasted Coconut and Almond Coconut flavors, and both were rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The staff was very kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious ice cream. 🍦🥥”

“I’ve been coming to Akihi since I was in high school and it’s still one of my favorite spots. The Taro Potted Smoothie has been my go-to order ever since — honestly a staple for me at this point. The drinks are always consistently good, the atmosphere is nice, and it’s one of those places that always feels nostalgic to come back to. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid smoothie spot!”

“Fabulous dining experience at The Greek on Main! Recommended by our son! Appetizers were amazing! Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread Haloumi Fries- Feta and roasted red pepper aioli. So good! Tomato salad! Enjoyed two entrée specials!- Shrimp and Pork- Delicious! The prawns and lamb shank were well prepared! Dessert and tea! Perfectly ended the night! Our Server Lovely was truly lovely!! “My Goodness, impeccable service. Sean, Mike, Alex. When I tell you all this crew was everything. That is exactly what i mean.Great customer service, food was so good. My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked. No complaints. They were super friendly & professional. The store was immaculate, food counters were very clean. I have been to so many Jersey Mike's in NC. They almost turned me off. Their service and food is nothing like the location in Metuchen NJ. I don't know how it works, but these group of people need to be promoted & highly paid. Whoever hand picked them. Great choice. This will be my go to store as long as they are servicing me. I just can't say enough about this particular group. Thank you guys for your great customer service. ❤”
