Absolutely LOVE this spot!!! Everyone is awesome!! And they have the best bowls, smoothies and juices!! They are always coming up with delicious creations and heathy too!!! Best thing to happen to Metuchen!! The out door spot is cute and fun. And although I’m no longer in the area, I still travel from Delaware to Metuchen, and my first stop? You got, Soul Bowls!!!

The consistency is amazing, and the quality makes every visit great. Soul Bowls is one of the most delicious places and is hands down the best smoothie spot in town.
