Absolutely love Café Paris! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, especially the crepes and omelets, which are to die for. Denise is a true gem—warm, attentive, and makes you feel right at home every time. Her hospitality adds such a personal touch to the experience. A must-visit spot in Metuchen!

Can’t make poached eggs properly - first overcooked, then undercooked - also they forgot the hollandaise on the eggs Benedict - and still had the cheek to charge us full price after I pointed this out. Kids pancakes tasted old - so either pre cooked and reheated or the batter was old. I do not recommend and I won’t return.

First time at this place with my fiancee and the experience was wonderful. I was reading the bad reviews they had and I can tell that the owners care enough to improve the experience. I ordered their seasonal item lavender latte (cold) and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the spinach salad with grilled chicken and I can attest that the chicken was properly cooked and seasoned, and the salad was refreshing and yummy! My fiancee had the salmon burguer and the only thing I saw on his plate after a few minutes was crumbs! He enjoyed his food as much as I did. The service was amazing, our waitress made recommendations, was attentive and even offered to take us a picture (she was very lovely) and I apologize for not asking her name. We will be back.

we ordered a sweet crepe it took half an hr for the plate to arrive, and with us needing to ask twice! it was a dough-y slope with pineapple and mango chunks straight out of grocery containers, dumped and folded into the crepe!! the chef/cook never came out to apologize what a disappointment in terms of food and lack of service definitely my worst eating experience

I haven’t been to Cafe Paris in about 17 years, not since the end of my senior year of high school when a bunch of us brought our French teacher there to eat.
I decided to stop there today for a much needed celebration of myself after a rough few weeks. The food was absolutely superb, and my waitress, Jackie, embraced my self celebration.
Now that the warm weather is finally arriving, I can’t wait to bring my kids (who love bread, fruit, and cheese!) for a lovely lunch outside.
I can’t believe I stayed away for so long— I won’t be making that mistake again!!

My boyfriend & I had such a lovely Sunday brunch here. All the staff were super nice & attentive, and such a cozy atmosphere. We saw the fall specials menu and couldn’t resist, he got the chicken & waffles and I got the hot apple cider, butternut squash soup, and a homemade croissant. The croissant was SO delicious. Would love to come again and try some of their gluten free options too.
