Great food in a great spot! Went on a Friday night during lent and the service wasn't that great but that's to be expected when it's that busy. Also, they were very overwhelmed with people waiting that they didn't know who was there first. Still giving it 5 stars because the place is clean and food is great with nice size portions.

I normally frequent another pizzeria in town. A friend suggested a visit to Che Pizza. I’m glad I finally did.The melanzane pie brings me back to Italy, and it’s become a craving on meatless Fridays. The ingredients — eggplant, ricotta, marinara, basil — are fresh and tasty. The Capri wrap (tender grilled chicken, broccoli rabe, & fresh mozzarella) is also another must have — pure garlic goodness.Dario, one of the owners, efficiently runs the front of the house. He takes orders at the counter, expedites, and answers the phone. He is quite charming! Looking forward to trying other menu items.

This was my first time eating at Che. We ordered the Lasagne, Eggplant Rollatini, Eggplant Parmigiana, and a large margarita pizza. Everything was wonderful. In my 20 years living close by, this was the best Italian Food I have ever eaten in Metuchen. I highly recommend Che. You won’t be disappointed.
Their pizza goes crazy mode. Having tried the local fare over the years, I think Che has the closest to a good quality NY slice in this area. A must-try if you need to fill an NY pizza craving without getting on njtransit.

I ordered 2 large pizzas to go. (1) all sausage and (1) roasted peppers I have to say the pizzas were perfect . I asked them to make the pizzas a little crisp and they tasted great.. I was very impressed and will DEFINITELY be back..
