Older phillipino lady is very rude. I came in for a pick up and she just gave me an attitude. “What you wnat have other customers” and then she started bickering with her colleagues. “It’s not my job it’s not my job” maybe she was having a bad day but lord you could tell everyone was tense and she was making the tension.

Came from texas for a couple days, this same location has had the best customer service compared to the ones outaide, lawrenceville,Trenton and mercer county area.. everything was awesome and done in a timely matter!

Cecelia was soo kind and patient with me. As someone who doesn't frequently go to dunkin she was a big help on trying to help me figure out what I wanted to order. My hash browns were crispy, my guava refresher was delicious and her attitude was awesome. Will most definitely be coming back again soon

I hadn’t purchased dunkin in years because of inconsistency and lack of fresh donuts. all stores in general, not this one specifically . but I gave it a shot again. what a waste. a whole dozen box were all stale. I tried 6 different flavors. not fresh. also munchkins also not fresh- stale, and gave me wrong ones. I asked for all glaze fluffy, they mixed with glazed cake. also they messed up a bavarian cream and vanilla cream donuts. but I guess doesn’t matter because all the donuts were stale anyway. i’ll never buy from any dunkin ever again.

They forgot to put 5 packets of hash brown and lemon icing break. Nobody cares about the fulfilment or correctness of order. I came to know when I came back home. So be careful and take out everything they pack in the bag and cross check. You cannot depend on the dunking donut staff for that.
