Terrible place to be!! Rude manger…. Unhygienic place and there were roaches in the sitting area and food was stale. Kicked us out for asking for a replacement for the food…. Would never go back and would advise others to star away……..zero stars!!!!

First time in the facilty in about 2 1/2 months We asked for dinner then dessert over all food was good nothing to write home about Then asked for the dessert for birthday We did not have the coupon handy an the manager on Duty ( Sara ) denied the request Very poor customer relations. it was $4.99 and she would not remove it ( very non Manager needs training ) Thinking of going back in the future I do not think so

Worst experience! We were never greeted, the female manager doesn't know what's on the menu, and she didn't know her job. We had asked her several questions and she just lied every time. She then got the owner, which had to fix the problem. This will be our first and last time!

I have always been a Friendly’s fan! I used to take my kids all the time. It was a special place to go. I try to go to them if you can find them. It’s a shame such nice place for families is dying. Anyway the cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. All the food came out at once. Food was ok.

Two incidents here with different parties of people. 1st: there was a roach running around in the container holding the sugar packets on the table. If roaches made it that far out imagine their kitchen and utensils. It's too far gone. Also raw I mean fully raw chicken when cutting into wings. 2nd: cold soup came out ice cold like out the fridge poured into a bowl cold. Also took the top bun off a burger and found the parchment paper they keep on cheese slices to keep the separate still on there. Waiter said nothing but took the plate. Didn't alert anyone didn't offer another dish or re-do. Which is fine because we heard the roach story after the fact.
I don't recommend this place. Staff on the floor and in the kitchen don't have any competence and I'm sure management doesn't either to allow the disgustingness going on in there.

Ordered online for pickup. This meal was supposed to be a salmon salad as the person it was for cannot eat chicken. They did not call or email to notify me salmon was unavailable, just substituted and did not provide a refund for the price difference as I had paid for the salmon which cost more. When I picked up and asked for a different item or a refund as this meal would not be able to be eaten and was not what I ordered, they simply said they could not help me and I should reach out to corporate. I tried to reach out and have not received a response. Very disappointing and not surprising that friendlys are going out of business. Save your money and go somewhere else.
