They don't read the order so they mess up your order and then are rude about it. And don't want to refund your money. Don't go to the Jersey Mike's in Metuchen!

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a fountain drink. Let the workers know the machine was flat. They made me wait 5-10 min while they tries to fix it. Tried it again…still flat. I ask if they would give me a bottle instead…nope. Tried to convince me it was fine. So I just asked for a refund.
Diff between bottle and machine is like 15 cents. You really won’t try to make a customer happy over 15 cents? Why not offer the bottle right away instead of making customer wait around. F for common sense, F for customer service.
I had an extremely annoying interaction with a worker with short red hair. When I tried to order it seemed like the language barrier between me and her was to much to handle for her because As I ordered the worker wouldn't listen and she seemed to be ranting in Spanish with one of the coworkers she also seemed very ignorant and disrespectful to her other coworkers. Her coworkers clearly notice and tried to ignore how disrespectful she was but they proceeded to still listen to her. It also looked like she didn't clean the slicer even once it had old meat inside. Just a horrible interaction overall. Love the sandwiches and other employees, I come into the store at least once a week to enjoy the experience they bring but this was by far the worst.
