Pizza dating is over! If you're truly from New Jersey, you date pizzerias. NY pie is fine for New Yorkers, but Jersey perfected it! So with that in mind, Joey D's is under new ownership and ready to serve great pizza. Here's the twist - the new owners - are the old owners of Menlo Pizza! You can see my rating there from days gone past - which was my favorite local pizzeria for a solid decade. Since they left, Menlo went down hill and there have been serviceable options in town (remember an OK Jersey pizza is basically a great NYC pizza), but nothing to write home about. Now they're back and so am I!!! So happy they came back!!!

I was at Joey’s Ds last weekend and love it there the place was so clean the new owners are amazing Joe and Sharon and there son Johnny my kids love it the deep dish pizza was amazing highly recommend Joey Ds I order from there every other night thank you joeys Ds
