The Buffalo chicken pizza was the best pizza I've tried. So crunchy, so fresh. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. 10/10 would be back here again. Wish they had a place this good in Virginia!
Joey D's is great when you pick the right thing to order and horrible when you pick the wrong thing. I have a less than 50% success rate anytime I try something other than my tried and true.The good:- Grandma pizza is thin, crispy and flavorful.- Chicken Parm pan pizza is hearty and indulgent. The chicken is breaded and the ratio of ingredients is ideal.The bad:- BBQ chicken pizza is a wet mess of a pizza. The chicken isn't breaded, the BBQ sauce isn't drizzled...
Absolutely the best pizzeria in our area. Food is always excellent, Joey and his team are the best and 100% care about their customers and their experience for each and every order.
