Food is below average. The chicken even was cold in my bf's ramen? I ordered the signature ramen, which came with many seafood, It looks alright but I don't think its tasty. In fact, the seafood smell bad. Not sure why so many people made good review for this ramem store. It is not for me.

Based on reviews seems to be good in person. I ordered and with tip it was almost $30+ per ramen and it was soo tiny: not enough to fill my husband. Okay food but not worth the price for portion; at least in terms of to-go.

One of the most expensive Ramen restaurants I have dined at. We have dined four adults and two children at Rai Rai for less than 100. Here two adults, a child and toddler 100 for less food. Maybe it’s the location but it was pricey indeed.

Food: flavor was just ok, definitely underwhelmed. You could find similar place with a better price. The portion was small. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t return. Service: service was not as good. 1)We were waiting there for a while but no one gave us the menu while it was not busy at that time. 2) at the end of the dinning, the waiter was rushing us out but our kiddo was still eating. He sent us the to go box the check but we hadn’t asked for it.
Summary: Considering the food flavor, portion and service. We wouldn’t return. It’s more like a one and done place.

The ramen is absolutely delicious (especially on a cold day) and the couple/family pricing is unbeatable.
Aaron is usually our server and he makes the dining experience 10x better.
If you’re in Metuchen and want a good ramen check them out!

I had the spicy miso tonkatsu and kimchi and unfortunately both were pretty mediocre compared to the many ramen places I've been to. The chashu was bland and dry and the broth wasn't very rich and the serving was pretty darn small for the price. At least the server was doing a great job and the atmosphere was nice...

The spicy miso tonkotsu and ajitama (amazing jammy egg with a bit of sweetness) are SO delicious!!! I highly recommend this place if you want a nice bowl of ramen to get you through the fall and winter.

I got the spicy kaisen ramen with extra noodles, extra spicy, & soft boiled egg. Worth it.
Tip : don't be stupid like me and when you get it delivered remember to turn over the container with the noodles. And don't just press into the noodles otherwise it will explode haha woops.

I happened to be in the area and always take an opportunity to get good ramen. This place did not disappoint. I ordered to go, so can’t say too much about service, but the ramen was on point. I ordered the Spicy Miso Tonkatsu. The broth was delicious. The pork was really good and not overly fatty. The Korean fried chicken is also really good, crispy, and well seasoned. My order was ready for pick up quickly and the cashier was friendly. All in all, great experience- Would definitely come back
