Absolutely loved this place. The spicy miso ramen was packed with flavor—rich, comforting, and with just the right amount of heat. You can tell a lot of care goes into the broth. The spicy wings were just as good: crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Everything came out fresh and hit the spot. Definitely coming back next time I’m craving ramen 🔥🍜

Longtime Metuchen resident, first time ordering online. I’m a big fan of Vietnamese pho and have had many excellent experiences at pho restaurants elsewhere. I’m all for paying a premium when it’s warranted, but this simply wasn’t. It honestly felt like about $2 worth of ingredients being sold for $21. To make matters worse, the food was already cold despite picking it up immediately after receiving the pickup text and living only five minutes away. Compared to authentic pho, the flavor was also quite underwhelming. A single star is warranted because the price to value ratio is too far off. Either improve flavor quality dramatically or increase portion size.

Nice quite 👌🏾 atmosphere. The photo on the wall gave the it a nice ambient. Cozy feel. The food was good. The service was good, greeted you nicely. Shy of a 5 star is because I ordered the spicy ramen and it wasn't spicy at all. And then if you wanted to substitute something that you're not comfortable eating, there is not much options.

Food is below average. The chicken even was cold in my bf's ramen? I ordered the signature ramen, which came with many seafood, It looks alright but I don't think its tasty. In fact, the seafood smell bad. Not sure why so many people made good review for this ramem store. It is not for me.

Based on reviews seems to be good in person. I ordered and with tip it was almost $30+ per ramen and it was soo tiny: not enough to fill my husband. Okay food but not worth the price for portion; at least in terms of to-go.

One of the most expensive Ramen restaurants I have dined at. We have dined four adults and two children at Rai Rai for less than 100. Here two adults, a child and toddler 100 for less food. Maybe it’s the location but it was pricey indeed.

Food: flavor was just ok, definitely underwhelmed. You could find similar place with a better price. The portion was small. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t return. Service: service was not as good. 1)We were waiting there for a while but no one gave us the menu while it was not busy at that time. 2) at the end of the dinning, the waiter was rushing us out but our kiddo was still eating. He sent us the to go box the check but we hadn’t asked for it.
Summary: Considering the food flavor, portion and service. We wouldn’t return. It’s more like a one and done place.
