I've ordered take out from here several times and the food is always good - hence I keep going back! But today!!! I placed a doordash order and because of an error on Doordashs end, my order was wrong. I called and was put on with the manager who immediately rectified the situation by letting me come get the missing part of my order. He also threw in a few extra goodies that I hadn't ordered. Incredible customer service. The food is enough to make me keep coming back, but now the service is too!

Listen at first this would’ve been a one star I mean me and my friend waited in hour because they accidently forgot about us and you would think that’s bad service but thankfully we were checked up on and they asked did you guys order after showing them the brother said give us 5 mins 5 mins turned into 30 mins in my mind I was thinking for the first time im going to write a review and a bad one but then after a hour we finally got the food now I will say it was packed when we entered and when we left there want many people but when we got our food it was good hot fresh wasn’t the best but definitely not bad solid 8/10 but the reason isn’t a one star or even two bc the manger and owner apologized good people I like them and gave us free banana milkshake very smart for that because this would’ve been a badddd review but overall solid stop making us wait but it was good bru ggs and btw my name was zaddy and they never called me it come on was it to much to ask

First I wanna say Alex was very sweet, kind, helpful & quickly resolved an issue I had with my order. A1 Customer Service from his end.. really the best!! Food was good per usual, Energy was clear and clean & patrons were enjoying themselves here. I never thought of celebrating a birthday at a place like this but some of the other customers had a great time ! I was able to read my book in a peaceful, family-friendly environment. It was a bit cold inside but the energy was warm at that’s all that matters !

Namkeen absolutely nailed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich! But that’s not the only thing amazing on menu - from the clucking waffle sandwich to smash burger, everything was phenomenal. The loaded fries were a hit, too! The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, insanely juicy on the inside, and the spice levels are no joke—fiery but flavorful, never overpowering. The dessert waffles were delish - my husband devoured almost the whole thing!
The vibe is just as good as the food—welcoming, energetic, and clearly driven by passion - I absolutely love the Pakistani touch!!!! Namkeen delivers every single time. Highly recommend for a family outing.
Namkeen used to be the best halal burger in NJ but unfortunately lately they’re not able to maintain their food standard. We ordered food from the last night for New Year’s Eve n the burgers and fries were extremely substandard. The fried chicken in the burger was chewy n dark in color. The fries were sooooo dark (almost burnt) n tasted bitter. I think they are using the same oil to fry over and over……. Highly disappointed!

Fantastic hot chicken. We initially thought it was a typical fried chicken place until we went in - it's Pakistani chicken heaven. The spices are fantastic (but take note - even mild may be too spicy for many people). Having spent time in Lahore, Srinigar, and Deli, the flavors and ambient music brought back great memories. Very reasonable prices, lots of options. Save room for dessert (gulab jamun waffles!!) and get a Kulfi pistachio shake.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish had its own distinct flavor profile, and the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender on the inside with a crisp exterior. The waffles stayed wonderfully crunchy, and the jalapeños baked into them were my favorite touch. The kulfi shake was rich and creamy, and the waffles topped with kulfi ice cream were an absolute delight.
