I visited for the 1st time as a couple on April 27, 2024. The place was packed and busy so we knew upfront the food was going to be good. Lisa was our server and she was professional, friendly and made sure to always check in with us.We also met one of the owners Demetri who came over to welcome us, and he gave us a bit of history about the place. Demetri was equally professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. We’re going back today for the second time because of the good food, clean environment including the bathrooms, and the warm welcome from the staff and management. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch.We hope they’ll start offering delivery and take out services soon.

The food was already amazing, fresh squeezed juice, fresh food, fresh fruits, but the atmosphere, music taste made it even better!!! My family was going through so much so we decided to go out to eat to just unwind, and received the best service we’ve ever had!! After We expressed how much it meant to us, and our waiter Marisa and the manager Kathy gave us our order free of charge!!! It brought my family to full tears… we needed that this week and The Original Pancake Factory delivered…. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service even better!! Best believe we will be back, and best believe we’ll be back with ALLL my siblings!!!Kid-friendliness: The staff is wonderful, the music is wonderful!! The atmosphere is just amazing overall

This spot is hands down in the conversation for best pancake I’ve ever had. I’m truly not sure how they do it. This place can get extremely busy in the mornings on the weekends and the wait time can get long fast, so you’re better off if you can get in early. As spectacular as the food is the service. No matter how busy it is the servers always check in and the manager always stops by to ask how everything was. The first time we stopped in was one of their first days in business. My food came out long before my wife’s, and I was finished before she got her food. The server and manager were very apologetic despite us not even complaining about it, and wrote off my wife’s meal. Such an incredibly kind gesture that they did not have to do. We’ve been back several times since and have had wonderful experiences each time.

The brunch menu is fantastic and there are lots of vegetarian options as well. The service was quick too. Try to reserve table if you’re going there on a weekend. The place is always packed. Would def go again.

I was looking for a new spot to eat breakfast and stumbled on this gem. From the moment you step in you’re greeted with very nice people and the customer service is really great here. Wait times for breakfast wasn’t that long but even if it was, it’s worth the wait. Everything on the menu tastes amazing and definitely recommend families or couples to go and try this place out!
