Wonderful family owned spot! Never disappointed here with the food, drinks, or service! Everyone is friendly and helpful and of course all the food is incredibly tasty and fresh. Came here with my husband and in-laws for some pastries and coffee/tea. Everyone loved everything they ordered. Can’t wait to be back!

Lovely ambience! Great service! Many options to choose from the bakery section. There was a variety and some unique flavors. They have whole cakes too. The guava and cheese croissant was so good, the filling was generous. Traditionally Tres Leches is good too. The tiramisu latte was great too with light hint of sweetness, not overly sweet. The presentation is very cute, everything served in a tray. Definitely visiting again to try more.

This small bakery shop in Metuchen is glorious. I purchased three blueberry scones, a tiramisu cake slice, and flan. Three of us shared the cake slice which was a melt-in-your-mouth experience! One slice was perfect for three. We heated, and ate the scones for breakfast the following day. They were a tasty breakfast treat. Two of us loved the flan, one didn't care for it. Excellent choice for desserts.

Loved this cute little place!!! My daughter and I were out and about, and wanted to get some coffee, but not from the regular “chain” coffee shop, so after a quick search, we headed to Metuchen. We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. We also got a cheese and pesto savory pastry and a passion fruit and coconut tres leches dessert. Everything was delicious!!!!! Thanks for the enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.

Holy smokes. This pastry shop is the real deal. I came in yesterday to get some treats for my little one after getting bloodwork, and it was just what we needed to sweeten the mood after a not so fun event. 3 generations, me, my mom and daughter all got to experience the somehow moist AND crunchy almond croissant and the buttery, delicious cheese danish. It truly made our day extra special. I will definitely be back. My latte was also perfection, and something a mom to a toddler does not take for granted 😆. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This bakery is as good as it gets. I ordered cakes for a birthday celebration. Women, men, and children asked me where the cakes are from. Pastry Lu is full of decadent desserts. The flavors in each bite and layer are incredible. Each bite is like a party in your mouth!!! I ordered the chocolate cake, vanilla chocolate maple banana walnut cake, pineapple carrot cake. They were absolutely delicious. They are all full of flavor, yet not too sweet.THE BEST CAKES I HAVE EVER HAD!
