I've had food from here twice and everything is always delicious from the entrees to the dessert. It just has that warmth and feel of a home cooked meal. 10/10 can't wait to order again.

-The food was served in a paper plate and the wait time was quite long. -There weren’t a lot of seats and a number system would have helped make the order and pick-up process easier. -I didn’t find any trash can to dispose of the used utensils and plates. -Food was okay

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first visit to Plain & Simpol was wonderful. The food was so tasty and full of authentic flavor — we had the pansit, lumpia, ube buns, and ube cheesecake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt inviting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

love love love this place!!!!! The mango caramel bars and the halo halo are truly out of this world. Nothing is ever sweet always so balanced! Literally coming back tomorrow to try savory stuff but so glad to find this where we live

This place is a hidden GEM. I drove past so many times and then finally a work friend brought me to try it out and it’s now on the normal rotation in our house. Our favorites are the crispy pork sisig, teriyaki chicken (pictured) pork and beef lumpia and the ube cheesecake (if you’ve never had this before GET IT….its such a delicious treat). The workers are always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

It was nostalgic for me. Their adobo, lumpia and pancit bihon brought me some place familiar. For a moment I forgot where I was because it felt like home. Truly! overwhelming. Ang sarap nila magluto at yung may ari nakapabait. Ito yung siguradong babalik balikan mo. ❤️🫔🫶👋☺️🍴😋
I visited plain & simpol for the first time yesterday with a friend for my birthday. This was my introduction to Filipino cuisine and I was not disappointed. The service was great. We both were able to get guidance on the menu as first time guest which helped a lot. The food was delicious and very flavorful. I enjoyed being able to see them prepare the food. You can tell when someone cooks with love. The atmosphere was very casual and more of a hole in the wall but gave the comfort of eating at a friends house who really knows how to cook. Like who cares what it looks like! Lets enjoy this food. I had the salmon sisig with rice and a caesar salad and order the crispy pork sisig for my husband to go. Both were amazing. My friend enjoyed her short rib and noted how tender it was. We will absolutely return. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
