Honestly super disappointed with this location. The ice was dry, kind of dull-looking, and had random ice chunks in it—definitely not the smooth, refreshing treat I was hoping for. I got a large and it was $8, which is crazy considering that’s more than half of minimum wage. Just feels like a waste of money. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t deliver at all.
I used to love this place last summer but this summer it was a little disappointing. They used to have a kids size but now they don’t so I’m forced to buy the small size which is way too much ice cream for one person and it’s like $7-8. Also got a strawberry milkshake last time and it was way too sweet so I feel it’s inconsistent here. The girls working the register are nice though but I’ve stopped going because I don’t want to spend $8 on a huge ice cream and be disappointed.
Terrible experience. Zombie employees that are obviously baked out of their minds, tried to double charge me and got the order wrong.
Upon arrival, a customer informed me that the store was out of Ice Cream. Ok, no problem....I will order an icee. I noticed the server requested payment after she handed another customer his icee, but when I ordered, she rang up and requested I pay before she served me. Not Cool !!!!

Very watery custard, and the cashier was trying to convince me that it depends on the machine) don’t put the water into mixture, you are stealing money and lowering the brand
One person working at j 102degrees in the middle of summer. Unacceptable and I won’t be back!

I highly recommend this store location. Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my order. I had it sent as a gift and it was a big hit!
Ice cream was alright. Customer service was bad - idk why the girls looked angry that we were there.
