This place has become my one of the favorite places to eat in NJ. All dishes have some unique taste to remember. My personal favorite is Half chicken- all dark, Peri peri fries, corn on the cob etc. Clean environment and well mannered staffs. I would highly recommend.

The food is excellent. The manager is so unpleasant though. He missed the memo on customer service. I’d go here so much more often if he didn’t have such a terrible attitude with customers. Unfortunate that they forgot that making good food is only half of the equation. They should seriously consider who they staff. Im assuming the rude guy is family, otherwise it would make no sense to have him as the manager of a customer oriented business.

Tribos Peri Peri is an absolute must-try! From the moment we walked in, the experience was five-star, and a huge part of that was the truly excellent service provided by Ziad. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed—a real credit to the team.
It is nice to see the restaurant having praying mats and a dedicated space for you to offer prayer, Alhumdullilhay.
Now, for the food: it is simply delicious. The peri peri chicken was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Beyond the taste, the value here is outstanding. The portion sizes were incredibly reasonable—you certainly won't leave hungry—and the prices are great, making it a fantastic deal for the high quality you receive. If you're looking for mouthwatering Halal food, great prices, and service that goes above and beyond (ask for Ziad!), look no further than Tribos. We can't wait to come back!

Coming from the UK where Nando’s is the closest thing to Tribos… this food was amazing… from the crunchy fries..to the coleslaw… juicy chicken…even the rice was unique! Definitely a 5 star from someone who loooooves a grilled chicken!

I really like the chicken and rice platters and the perimayo corn is delicious. Also have gotten the whole chicken meals from there which is great but the sides are tiny. Rice is so cheap, I don’t know why they give you tiny bit of rice for a large amount of chicken. Last time I ordered 2 whole chickens and 1 of the “large sides” of rice was probably enough rice for only 3-4 people. So for 2 whole chickens which is technically 8 servings, they gave me a small amount of rice and when I asked they said that’s their large side. Ridiculous.

Really good Halal grilled chicken nandos style.... the portions are generous and it is priced well! Juicy chicken , comes with mild medium or spicy sauces... the burgers are also flavourful. Apparently all their locations in NJ serve halal which is aweskme!
