The service was great the food tasted like it was just thought out cold. Wet filled with ketchup. It was a mess in itself. I ate at a forum one and a 1/2 and I threw the rest out. The fries were great when they were hot. I go back there again.I don't so. The cashier was on the money she knew what she was doing and she was happy. Whoever was cooking you could taste it in the food she didn't care seriously. It tasted like it was just thawed out and slapped on a roll. The hamburgers were disgusting, but anyway. Have a nice day.

Got here at 6:54pm. 30 min later still waiting on my order. 3 people working. Manager wandering around. Worst location. Also racist. Every black person waiting for their orders were given extra items to apologize for the wait. None of the white people waiting were given the same courtesy. Took 45 min for 6pc chicken ring combo

Came here for their Valentine's day "Love Castle". We had a reservation and got their on time. The server came to our table to take our orders but after that, we had to wait for almost an hour. Some people that came in after us were almost done with their meal already. We had no choice but to leave and go to different place. I was very disappointed and upset. I will never come back here, ever again.

One of the friendliest White castles I've ever been to. Fast service great drive-thru and it's White Castle! The tasty steaminess of the sliders is amazing.
I live 5 hours away. This is the closest White Castle to where I live. I had to try it. But in reality buying frozen burgers at the store tastes the same.

Walked in and the floor was a mess. Spills on the floor. No direction on to who was waiting and who was on line to order. I wish I was told they were behind before I ordered. Waited 45 min for my order. Got a sack of onion rings and it was not even filled all the way and when I asked for them to fill it up she said no. Because it has to only be 15. So after waited for 45 min you counting my onion rings. Absolutely absurd. Worst customer service. The manager did not even address how behind they were to any customer and didn’t even care.

Late night crew did not give me hot/warm cheese burgers because they were being .... meh tonight. Not cool. Gotta do your jobs people. Found out too late after driving away. Bad customer service, bad for business. You also have to put the napkins back where it belongs, think yourselves as customers and feel the disappointment!
