If I could give zero stars I would ! Dirty looking inside and very rude unfriendly workers the guys are okay but the woman there nasty and likes to talk abt the customers making fun of them the food was Cold and not same as when I get from rt 9 this one horrible

Y’all I just don’t get it. They always say they’re hiring, won’t hire you because it’s a “family business” even though it’s a chain. I guess they legally have to be hiring and just not approve anyone. They are slow af because there’s like 3 people in the kitchen at a time. It’s always the same people in there. The line is atrocious. No lie, you wait like 30 minutes for your food whether it’s in the drive thru or in person. Food is great, service not so much. Waiting for our food and another customer is asking where his food is and the woman seems to not care. She’s like, “You can wait or—“ like woman… He already paid. Give him his damn food and lose the attitude. You’re there to work, not chit chat with your friends.

Horrible service,the woman at the drive thru window was rude and impatient,very disappointed for this service. There was not reason for that woman to have such a bad attitude,I just made a small order.I've been at this White Castle location several times and is the first time I've been mistreated by any employee,next time I better go to another restaurant.
the food was normal but the service was unacceptable, the staff didn't greet me or any other customers while we were ordering, and we had to wait quite awhile to be acknowledged even though the store was literally empty. i asked the employee on register how they were and they ignored me, they ignored my thanks after ordering, and they walked away before i was done paying which is a pet peeve of mine considering i usually want my receipt. the food came out in timely order but yet again i was ignored after saying thank you. i watched a different customer ask the same employee how their day was going and it looked like the employee literally glared at the customer and ignored him. very rude and uncomfortable. i grew up eating at this location and they rarely if ever have kind employees.
