Amazing service you should definitely take your ice cream cravings here because they are quick with any order assuring you that you get your ice cream on time and delicious, as I said perfect service if I do say so myself. 10/10

The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.

Ordered ice cream in a cone and got ice cream in a plastic cup. When I pointed this out to the lady, she just said I had ordered it in a plastic cup. Which was not the case and I drew your attention to that. She just said, I can put a cone on top. But that wasn't what I ordered. I ordered an ice cream in cone. After that I didn't feel like the ice cream in the plastic cup anymore. She didn't even bother for change or clear the situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Felt like a Gelato today and what better place to go than Rita's. Fresh favorable water ice. The cherry fill of cherry. Bright colored and very good. Though today was not a hot day to be enjoying av water ice. My cherry ice with custard sure taste good. And what child would deny a Rita's. Had to take it home to eat later as the temp dropped outside before the rain falls.

I've been to this Rita's over the years but never expected to see an ice cream cone empty to it's core. New management recently took over and apparently they don't know sizes. Went to Rita's ice today and got a kids cone only to be charged for a sundae. I have never seen a cone with only the tip of cone filled only, I mean the entire cone is hollow. Rip off! Don't go to this location. New management doesn't know sizes. buyer beware.4/29/22

Not sure if this place has changed owners recently, but they used to be really nice and we never had a problem. We’ve gone here for 20 years. We went for the first time this summer and the woman got the order wrong 3 times. We asked for a twist in a cone and apparently that was hard. Then when she finally got it right it was the tiniest little bit of ice cream. We said that seems a little small, and she said she put too much in. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but I will go to Hillsborough or Somerville instead. Never had an issue there.

They are so delicious. Never taste stale . Great treat for the kiddos.
Ritas man. Always good ice cream to eat here. Just wish they had Florida orange and key lime ice more often.
Great little place to enjoy some ice cream. Seats need the side and rear for a small gathering. Not my first time coming here, definitely not my last.
It was amazing, the service was great.. 10/10 would recommend but the milkshakes hit different, great service by all the workers
