Customer service is good, owners seem nice. Quite a busy location. I got a pint custard for about $9 and to say I was disappointed is the right word. The whole center of my container was empty as they fill the “pint” by swirling the frozen custard around the perimeter of the container. If only I could add pictures to provide proof.
The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian...
Staff was very friendly and helpful on free Rita's night, especially the young lady Nia working in the window whose name tag said she was training. Wonderful infectious energy :) very much appreciated in the poor weatherLocation also has really great flavors! Will definitely return to this location in the future! :)
