Check out the #salchipapa at Sal's Family Deli & Grill @salsdeli15 in #Middlesex, #NJ. Salchipapa is a portmanteau of salchicha and papas, the Spanish words for sausage and potatoes. Drenched with sauces and served on a platter, this is Hispanic street food at its finest! #INeverSausageaHotDog!

So I ordered the beef empanadas and a streak omelet. I have to say I was a bit skeptical of ordering empanadas to go. But everything held up very well! The staff here was also very helpful and very friendly. This is from the Middlesex location. But the empanadas at both locations seem to be of the same consistency and both very good. I would definitely recommend coming back as their prices are reasonable in relation to the quality and portions of their food! The only bad thing...
