We have been there many times. The food is outstanding everything on the menu is a good choice. Owners are always there and always call you back asap for a reservation. Call leave a message your coming and they call back quickly to assure your reservation wish!! Nice and clean place ! Cozy being your own wine restaurant. You will always come back to this restaurant, that’s how delicious everything is. Even my dog BOUDI loves the doggie bag each time we come home lol.

Belford Bistro food is consistently good. and we always have a great meal......their salads are wonderful...we love their crab cakes , their bolognese is delicious but the fish special with lobster sauce this evening was super yummy...... angry shrimp with gnocchi yum!!!! Can't say anything except make a reservation get your bottle of wine you love and ENJOY..... this is truly a gem of a restaurant......love this place!

Wow! Baby arugula salad was fresh, not overly dressed & fabulous! Butternut squash soup was thick, buttery & delicious! Spicy rigatoni with eggplant was so so tasty. Special Pumpkin tortellini was very savory. Cider donut topped with ice cream was delectable. Chocolate peanut butter cup was outstanding. BYOB & you better get a reservation as this is as delicious of a restaurant Monmouth County has! Can’t wait to get back! ?

Excellent food! We shared 2 salads, I had the fluke special and it was perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the angry shrimp and gnocchi. Our friends had it the hanger steak. The celebrant ordered eggplant with rigatoni. This is a BYOB. We will return.

The intimate dining room is inviting - warm and cozy while simultaneously alive with chatter and positive energy of folks enjoying their friends and loved ones. The chef and his team are professional, injecting expert-level care into the preparation of beautifully presented and delicious meals. The service is welcoming, accommodating, and attentive as guests are treated more like family than paying customers, which is clearly illustrated by the visible relationships they have with their many regulars. This is my absolute favorite restaurant for a lot of reasons: It’s a BYOB! It’s family-owned-and-operated, by a wonderful family at that. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, and romantic, definitely giving French cafe/bistro vibes - I’m a sucker for a candlelit table. The energy of the dining room radiates through the entire space, from the top tier service to the guests clearly enjoying their food and company. The chef/owner is c l e a r l y a very creative and knowledgeable person whose attention to his craft truly shines through every dish I’ve ever seen leave the window. And you can see them cooking which I love! Those guys work hard, man. I don’t know how they do it. The servers are incredible and knowledgeable, and you can tell they’ve tried everything on the menu. He offers daily specials to keep things fun and fresh, and they change their menu based on what is available seasonally while holding on to the staples. I get SO excited when birthdays or milestones come up because I always make the reservation here! They can also cater your party and host intimate gatherings in their space. I for sure feel the love when I go in here :) also GET THE BREAD PUDDING.
