We have been coming here forever. I can't believe the food keeps getting better. Just awesome. Such interesting pairings that work so well together. The Fois Gras special tonight was out of this world. The pastas, the mussels, are just amazing.

Amazing pure food!! Loved the fresh Halibut...I plan to eat there every time I visit with my dear friend...she eats there weekly and always feels satisfied. Chef Kurt cooks with love and fills the room with repeat customers because of his skill. Oh and the desserts are divine

I got a gift card here for Christmas and my wife and I recently had dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant is pretty small, but was full for Friday dinner service. The food was very good and our server was great but it was a bit on the slow side. I don't blame her for that, she was probably spread a bit thin but we were there nearly 2.5 hours for dinner, not the end of the world tho. For food we got the day boat scallops appetizer, butternut squash soup, mushroom ravioli, pork chop milanese, creme brulee and cheesecake. The winners were the scallops, soup, pork chop and the cheesecake. The scallops very fresh and the pork belly and sauce accompanied it well. The cheesecake was so light and fluffy, I don't eat cheesecake but I ate this one. The mushroom ravioli and the mac and cheese were raved about but we found them kinda average so I'd skip them next time. Overall, glad we came and will be back in the future. The prices were very fair for what you got relative to what somewhere else would charge and its BYOB so you can save a few bucks on alcohol.

We had the best experience!! Everything was outstanding and the service was great. I had the Foie gras with the cherries and it was spectacular. Then I ordered the pork chop and it was delicious as well. The owners are the best and I celebrated my birthday surrounded by great people and food. This is a gem !! Highly recommend!!

Amazing is all that needs to be said. Service with a smile, Danielle was our server she was super knowledgeable and friendly. The perfect atmosphere, 20 to 25 tables, maybe. BYOB amd gluten free options were totally key for us. The food was the best I've eaten from Monmouth to Ocean County. The chef's definitely love what they do, and it shows in their delicious food and presentation. DEFINITELY coming back and recommending them to all my customers and friends. Thank you for a great evening ?

This is a diamond in the rough! We live more than 6 hours away and this is our go to spot for dinner. Never once were we disappointed. Have gone to many other restaurants there that were highly rated, when Kurt was closed, in the 15 years we have traveled to NJ, and they certainly don’t meet the expectations. Yes, traveling that many miles through the Adirondack mountains through snow and ice storms then city traffic knowing there is a fabulous dinner with great service waiting for us, is worth it. Those that have not experienced Belford Bestro are missing out on a gem. Wished we lived closer.

The staff here is very friendly and attentive and the food is absolutely delicious!We had the crab cakes, which my husband described as the best crab cakes he's ever eaten. (We eat a lot of crab cakes) We also tried the scallops and chicken dish. Everything is fresh and flavorful .Other members in our party ordered the salmon and pork chop which they both enjoyed.Dessert was a flourless chocolate cake and a slice of cheesecake. I wish I was eating them both again right now!We are already planning our next trip back! Highly recommended.

Just ate here for the first time, and it was definitely one of the best meals I have had in my life. The opinion is shared by the other 3 members of my party. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was unbelievable. Portions were big enough for us to each share a bit, and each dish was better than the last.
