Food was really good. We got the regular chicken sandwich and the hornets nest sandwich. Will definitely be back to try other things

I’m drunk and it wasn’t good, the only reason I’m giving it two starts is because it was only 7$ for 6 tenders because the employees messed up and didn’t give me fries with 3 tenders. The chicken needs seasoning, it’s bland, no salt no pepper, nothing. The sauce made it so much better but everything needs to have seasoning, that’s the golden rule of cooking, I will never go back here

Can you say disgusting. I asked for the counter guy suggestion for quick and easy. He points me in the direction a of a buffalo chicken with fries. It was SOGGY loaded with hot sauce and a small blue cheese container. Needless to say it was inedible. Threw it away. If I wasn't so far away I would of returned it. I won't be returning.

I had to wait 20 minutes on a 30 minute lunch break and on top of that my wrap was completely unwrapped I would not recommend going here if you’re on a lunch break

Perfectly cooked chicken with excellent slaw and nice pickles. Got the mild hot sandwich, very subtle almost not hot at all just flavorful. Made to order so it’s a ten minute wait but it’s worth it.

The Bangkok Bird is fabulous!! Very clean and well kept service area. Sean is very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit.

This place is fantastic! Sean was friendly and took our order which came out quick. The Bangkok Bird was our favorite dish because it was incredibly saucy and juicy! We will certainly be coming back when we are in the area :)

Mia was an amazing cashier during my visit to Broadway Hot and Honey Chicken. She greeted me with a warm smile, was very patient while I decided what to order, and made sure everything was correct before I paid. The service was fast, friendly, and she made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed. Because of Mia, I definitely plan to come back and will recommend this location to friends and family.

Ordered a few different sandwiches and loaded fries to share with my family. Place looked nice to dine in and the front counter worker seemed nice for the brief interaction I had with her. Chicken was breaded and cooked nicely, but that's about it as far as the nice things I can say about the food. All of the food severely lacked any seasoning. All of the chicken on the different sandwiches tasted exactly the same. It just used a different sauce and toppings. All of the chicken lacked any type of salt. Same went for the fries, pickles, cole slaw, and the dry biscuit. Seems like there are other reviews mentioning the level of seasoning.

Their worst mistake was using that liquid cheese sauce for the loaded fries. The menu didn't specify the cheese they used. I wouldn't have even ordered it if I knew that.

I'm honestly surprised this place has so many good reviews. I was really excited to give it a try. For $70 for four sandwiches and fries, I expected a lot better. Go across the street to Shake Shack and get a way better chicken sandwich for less. And I'm not looking for a free meal or anything. I just wouldn't go back.
