Shitty service and soooo slow, closes early all the time cold food

This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had — and the first time I’ve dealt with something like this in any restaurant in my life.

The staff here, especially one older lady, treated me with complete disrespect. She assumed that because I’m not white, I must be a DoorDash or Uber Eats delivery driver. On top of that, she clearly had no idea how the Burger King app even works. I placed my order through the app (since the dining room was closed and that’s the only way to order aside from the drive-thru), and instead of simply preparing my food, she acted like I should “magically know” when it’s ready and get it myself.

When I pulled up, she told me to stay at the drive-thru speaker so she wouldn’t “get in trouble” for being slow with my order — even though there was no one behind me. Rather than making my food right away, she wasted time explaining things that had nothing to do with me. Eventually, after I was told to circle back to the speaker again, she finally gave me my order and smiled like she had done something difficult.

This kind of unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. It’s not about being “in the mood to work” — it’s literally your job to take care of customers. This location doesn’t deserve more than 1 star because of staff like that.

Every time I come in here it is the worst part of my day. It should be really simple to get overpriced fast food. But I it doesn't matter how busy it is, I always have to wait 15 minutes to get my food even when I order ahead through the app. This place is a joke and how they keep the lights is honestly ASTONISHING. If they knocked this place down and blocked it off forever it would be an improvement to what is here now.

The restaurant appears to have a new remodel that looks fantastic. Very friendly staff. Food is always fresh. We always order burgers with NO ketchup and they always come out hot and fresh tasting.

Food very poor and not fit for human consumption. Tried resolving the issue through the app but said it was a franchise store so have to contact them. I contacted the store direct, the member of staff I spoke with didn’t want to know and put the phone down on me. This was a big fish burger, it was so burnt. Do not waste your time or money going here. It’s disgusting!

When I ordered, it was shocking to hear they did not have fries or milkshakes available. Too bad when you search in Google Maps for a Burger King near you and you make a selection, a pop up doesn’t appear to say this establishment ran out of fries and milkshakes so one does not waste a trip.
