This wasn’t the first time we ordered two carvelanches and neither were made correctly. One had half a gallon of milk dumped in it and whipped cream on top (not supposed to have it) making it fully liquid, and the other was made with hard ice cream and not blended, so it was just the ice cream in the carvelanche cup. The workers are rude and don’t even greet you when walking in. I’ve tried to keep going back to give another chance but everytime something is messed up.

I really wanted to like this Carvel location, but after several visits, it’s clear that things just aren’t improving. The staff consistently come off as rude and uninterested. It’s uncomfortable as a customer to feel like you're bothering someone just by placing an order.
As for the ice cream and shakes, unfortunately, they’re pretty much always a letdown. The shakes are more like melted milk with a hint of flavor, and the soft serve is just as soupy.
Carvel used to be a treat, but this location has completely missed the mark.

We LOVE the ice cream here, but every time we have come recently has been unpleasant. Rude high school girls who clearly don’t want to be there, who every time will claim the soft serve machine is somehow always down. Our final attempt coming here ended in a kid making us a strawberry shortcake dasher with a TON of hot fudge. I politely said I believe there was a mistake. He said all dashers come with hot fudge (not the case per the menu and website). He remade it for us, this time forgetting the pound cake part of the dasher, and attempted to charge me a second time for a remake item before a more capable worker said don’t worry about it. We would like to continue coming here, but this place needs to find some more enthusiastic and CAPABLE employees.
